AT&T Store, Springfield OH

Melissa was great in solving an issue I had with a security camera system I purchased. She saved me $700 by not listening to the false info the security assistant was saying about my phone would not work to access app. Very knowledgeable, friendly and a great smile. Thanks for everything!

I went into the store because I had a glitch in my camera. Paige was able to take care of that as well at look over my existing plan. I was able to get 2 Apple Watches for next to nothing!

Needed to see someone specific.however after waiting over an hour.at our inquiry we were advised it would probably be another hour or so.why did no one bother to check and see if we were OK with that. They just checked us in and ignored us for the rest of the time.asked about an appointment, but were told that they won't honor the appointment and could have to wait again. So why make an appointment? We arrived a few minutes after they opened.

We are extremely unhappy with AT&T.first net.and are looking for any way out!

We only went in to get our account corrected, so instead of $300 a month.it should be $160. Think they ignored us on purpose.they don't want to fix it! They get more money!

Came into the store to ask about services because we are thinking about changing and had a pleasant experience with Melissa. Not was she only patient with my questions, but very helpful and knowledgeable.

Came in the Store July 7th noon. I have been a customer with them for over a Year with a Business Account 3 lines and personal account. Stopped in to as I am having issues with my zfold4 and to purchase a watch. Was put in the cue to be next another woman walks in also placed in the cue. When associate was free she immediately walks over to the woman hugs her and ask her what can she help her with. The woman even pointed to me but I was ignored smh. Discrimination at its finest African American Male vs. Caucasian Woman. Springfield Ohio Store

Came in to do an upgrade and staff was great. Everyone helped and had smiles on their faces.

Dave was very thorough and walked me through my new phone set up and everything! Could not get a better customer service experience anywhere else in Springfield! Shoutout to his manager Albert for helping us out!

We had a great experience because of Jacob. My husband Ken came home in a good mood TWICE recently after dealing with Jacob. He said he was so helpful and thorough.and really seemed to care about the customer. He got a new phone set up for me.like a breeze. This is the way to keep customers, AT&T. Don't let Jacob go.

Stopped in the store to see about switching to at&t employees were more worried about looking at their phones than helping me, so I just ordered online

Heather is the worst manger I have experienced. Doesn't know how to properly display customer service skills which is dire for a manager BTW and talks about customers behind their back. This place has gone downhill since they got new managers

Krystina greeted me at the door and listened to my concern with my iPhone X. This retired teacher intuitively knew to trust this young lady's knowledge and helpfulness. It was time for a new iPhone.
My request for an iPhone 14 was handled most instructively and efficiently. High praises to Tina! AT&T has been my trusted service since "land line" days.
