AT&T Store, Ontario OH

I went to the store for what I call an "emergency fix" for my "older" phone, which was not allowing phone calls & said the sim card was missing. Fortunately, Zach waited on me as soon as I entered the store & quickly resolved the problem. He was kind, efficient, professional & personable. Thanks to Zach, I am "on the road" with my old phone in working order! He also discussed my upgrade eligibility & phones I may be interested in. After this experience I will be returning to that store to replace my "old phone, " thanks to Zach!

Roshod was very helpful with an extremely difficult situation. He was very knowledgeable and let me know all of my options. I was able to leave with a new phone and my problem resolved. Thank you again for all your help!

Zach was so helpful. He was patient, sweet and knew how to explain all the difficult technical things that a nontechnical person is afraid of. I'm glad he was available

I was greeted promptly at the door and after giving my information I was escorted to the Genius Bar.

Rick was the man, very friendly guy, took my information and ran my phone through some tests and determined that it needed the back replaced.

After coming in and out several times checking on my phone, Rick talked with me more after checking on my phone's progress each time.

It was a pleasant experience and I really enjoyed the area around the store. I will be back for all my Apple needs.

The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision about my phone plan. They patiently answered all of my questions and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase before I left the store. Stopped by for broken phone — Sad they don’t repair in-store but Sierra helped me figure out how to file a claim for insurance!

I would 100% recommend them! I have had issues with AT&T in the past, but I went in because my bill was incorrect, was helped by Sierra and she explained everything to me, and answered all of my questions!

Went in to see about saving money. No help. No options.
We went to Spectrum instead.

Got whole family on one plan, all with new phone's! Everyone got what they wanted, latest and greatest. Went from 2 lines with old carrier, added 3 lines (5 total lines). Wife and kids happy, Saved $. Dad happy! Was very patient with the kids when picking out their stuff. Great experience!

The staff is not very knowledgeable of how to process line transfers.they total messed up our account.had 2 numbers on 1 IMEI number.put the wrong screen protector on one of our phones they wouldn’t make it right I had to pay for them to put the right one on even with the receipt showing she put the wrong one on.needless to say I won’t be dealing with this store again & AT&T is made aware of the stores problems! I would NOT recommend this store to anyone wanting their account done right without any problems!

Manager kept barking directions from the opposite corner of the store and then he sent the new worker back to us that we have to go to corporate store to port a phone number! Turns out corporate store in Columbus said he could’ve done it here, he just needed to call att corporate for help!

Said the phone I wanted was not in stock and was not able to order it. Went across the street for lunch and ordered it ourselves. Received it 2 days later.
