This is one of the best stores I've been to. All the employees are very helpful and are willing to help. AMAZING!
At first, I thought Tommy was being extremely helpful. My phone was broken and I had had it for 6-7 years. He said no problem, we can just give you a new phone for free. I was supposed to be paying $50 a month for unlimited data and text messages.
Well, he lied. I got my bill and it was over $200. He had signed me up for every single possible thing he could. From insurance to monthly upgrades. And even the most expensive data plan instead of the deal. It took me 3 months to get it sorted out. I ended up having to talk to AT&T's head office.
And to top it all off, he locked me into a 3 year contract where I am paying $1,100 for a phone that was used and outdated when I got it. He said the used phone was free. Yet, I am paying an insane price for a phone that was two series out if date when I got it. Scratches and all.
Tommy is worse than any used car salesman I ever met.
I was absolutely amazed by how well I was treated. Louis W.help me set up my new line he was amazing and very helpful with all of my questions. You need more people like him, because he truly knows his job and is very kind and patient. I will definitely be doing business with AT&T Ashtabula Store again.
2nd trip back to upgrade phone (a 70 mile 1: 10 min round trip for me) sales guy took out new sim put my old sim in new phone. The old sim had been deactivated due to upgrade which left me with two non-working phones. Which caused another 1: 10 min trip to get the issued he caused resolved. So 3 trips in all.
Manager Tommy and sales associate Damondre who helped on the 3rd trip were excellent a big thank you to them. The other guy.needs some training.
Went in to the Ashtabula store for an issue with our account that we started at Sam's club. The manager was very helpful and made us aware of benefits Sam's club did not. We will definitely be back. DO NOT buy a phone from Sam's club!
