AT&T Store, Akron OH

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Not only did they lie in order to make a sale but after the original issue was resolved there were multiple issues left behind in my account that I had to deal with. I won’t be returning to this location for help, upgrades or service and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else go. I am looking into switching service because I don’t want to deal with it anymore.

I had a great experience at this location! I was the first to walk through the door when they opened and o felt bad being that first customer knowing they had just opened and he probably wanted a couple of minutes to breathe before customers started piling in lol But Brandon was very polite and kept a smile on my daughters face and kept a conversation going the whole time I was there. The other employees were a pleasure as well. I will definitely recommend everyone I know to this location!

Lakeisha is the best associate. She was well informed of all the products. I am definitely going to have all my friends and family use her for AT&T.

I mean it was ok. The employees were hardly any type of salesman and didn't have much to say when asking about the phones. They also didn't have half the phone even charged for me to check them out. Will definitely go to a different store next time.

This store never has any phones in store, they always have to deliver them! The younger woman has been stand offish on numerous occasions. She would rather talk a person through how to activate a new phone, rather than activating it herself, while it was no other customers in the store. She wasn’t helpful at all. Even her coworker told her just do her job/activate the phone and she still wouldn’t, saying AT&T doesn’t normally activate phones in store (which I’ve never heard). As soon as we walked away she got back on her phone. She was simply rude (this isn’t the first time) and didn’t give the best customer service AT ALL. I’ve always had good customer service with AT&T besides dealing with her.

You tell them to turn service off but they wait and charge another month, Even when you get service somewhere else they leave on another month and charge. There should be a lawsuit against this type of being ripped off

I have an AT&T account and only changed phones. I purchased a new phone but it has a different sim card. The technician couldn't transfer the contacts and information from my existing sim card to my new one. There was a charge for the service even though the store failed to successfully make the transfer.

Went in for a bill analysis and saved money by switching to a new plan and bundling my new home services with my cell phone

Bogo phones for being an existing tv customer. I love when companies reward their customers for staying with them

Aw geeze to them I'm more than just a customer, appreciated all their time helping me set up my new phone and finding me a cheaper total home solution than spectrum

My Sprint bill was getting scary high so I ran to at&t and they got my number moved over and my bill a lot lower Terry approves

Ran in for a new phone case ended up leaving with Directv and over $100 dollars in cable savings a month

Switched to DTV because i was tired of Spectrum raising my prices I appreciated the time the rep took to run me through the DTV simulation of features so that when it is installed i'll already be a pro

Great team of people working here i got set up with the newest LG on unlimited and I can now stream TV due to my cell service

Pairing at&t unlimited with my directv was the best decision I ever made an absolute slaughter of a deal free hbo and discounts on both services

They've got me riding the savings train and i love being able to take my DTV Now anywhere i go it takes live tv to a whole different gear!

Such good service i brought in a hot pie for them the next day, thanks for helping me switch from Sprint

Got a free Roku with my new directv now service now i can host all the watch parties for my favorite tv shows

Thanks at&t it's great being able to take my apple watch all the cool places i'm afraid of losing my phone and not missing on any calls or texts

Deals so good I fell over! Bogo phones for having u-verse internet and unlimited data so i can stream HBO whenever wherever
