AT&T Store, Cleveland Heights OH

I had a difficult issue dealing with AT&T over the phone trying to get my billing account changed. Dave and partner in the store worked with me for >2 hours helping resolve the issue with AT&T corporate on the phone and through the computer. I can’t tell you how nice, patient, and empathetic they were to belong me get this fixed. And he fixed it! I had been trying to do it for months.

On a second note, I needed a replacement iPhone and they found a bunch of extra discounts and deals I didn’t even know about!

Great people, great store. Will use them for any of my future cell phone needs!

I visited this store for a SIM card. Left with a an iPhone 11!

I am happy that as I was riding past this store to visit the Mayfield Height store, I saw this one first and my gut said, ‘just go there’.

Tre was wonderful! Came in with my phone totally locked up. In minutes he solved my problem. He also explained what had happened and showed me how to avoid the problem. God bless you Tre!

Staff was awesome solved issue I've been having for awhile and upgraded my phone. Customer service was excellent.

The man was very helpful and told us how to do exactly what we needed help with. Quickest help in a phone place I got all day, and even though he had a customer he was working with, he still took the time to answer us and gave us a card to call back if we needed more help! Awesome

Randy helped me take out a new phone line yesterday, as well as a new phone. He ensured I was receiving all available deals and discounts, and he was all-around friendly and helpful. Seriously, this guy deserves a raise or a promotion. Randy was patient with me and answered all of my questions, and spoke to me in the simplest and clearest terms possible. He is an outstanding salesman and I highly recommend that he be rewarded for his work. The other gentleman (whose name I did not catch) was also a pleasure.

Terrible store. It’s taken me 4 months each time scrutinizing my bills to correct the many mistakes this store made. I’ll be driving out of my way to another store than use this one again

I had a great experience with a at&t associate Jacinta! He was very helpful and got the job done effectively! He was also very understanding of a couple set backs that occured on my behalf. I would send anybody looking for service with them to him! He displays great customer service and patience with his customers! Thumbs up to at&t for having such a great associate!

Incompetent and irresponsible are how I'd describe them, but they are nice people. When I upgrade my from an unlocked iphone 5s to and unlocked iphone 8+, I had trouble getting internet connections. The staff here, though friendly, don't seem to know the types of issues they can resolve and the resources they have. My problem was only resolvable from a tech support line that's exclusive to ANY employee, yet they refuse to call this number after 3 hours of troubleshooting and told me to go to a core store, which is 5 miles away. I'm going there to solve a problem, but all they did was wasting my time and tell me to go elsewhere.

This place is the worst, when we went in, we firstly greeted the staff, but the staff said nothing but put us on hold for 30 minutes, while NO OTHER CUSTOMER was there, and there were no phone calls at all, then he showed those unprofessional and somewhat discriminated attitude toward us, I'll NEVER come back again, basically, I switched to another carrier the next day!

We worked with Darian. Darian is sharp and offered us with modifications to our plan that we had not even thought of, which saved us money and increased our internet speed. Darian is a man who thinks and definitely represents ATT very well as he provides optimal service.

The sales team that was on hand on 07MAY2016 WAS HORRIBLE & RUDE. Very unhelpful with no authority to assist members that were once serviced by other team members.

This place is awesome and the staff is phenomenal! I highly recommend stopping by and seeing what they can do for you! The few times I have been there the staff was helping internationals and everybody was so happy and grateful.

I went in today after doing some online research and was greeted by Justin promptly, he was very knowledgeable efficient and helpful. I would recommend this retailer and him to all my friends and family, thank you for the great service

I've been to this store multiple times in the past several months and have always been pleased with my experience. The reps and manager have all been helpful and did everything in their power to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They were patient helping me figure out what phone and accessories I wanted and made the process as painless as possible. My experience here has been much better than my experiences at other AT&T stores.

Very poor service. They cheat you on offers. They will tell you fancy offers which you never be able to avail in practice.
