Worst experience with ATT ever! I was with a client and he was having all kinds of issues and the staff there did the bare minimum possible. Didn't make sure his service was setup or working and just referred us to another number to call, and didn't take any ownership of the problem. Asked for Ethan to contact their manager and he refused, also threatened to call the cops (We were there 20 minutes prior to close - He had to call his manager to know what to do for us - just wanted to go home and not assist the customer.)

My mom recently visited this location after upgrading to a new phone and not having her numbers transferred over. She was never ask and was left with a phone and no numbers. She went in to ask for assistance with transferring her numbers over and was told by staff that he couldn’t do it. He did not provide information why and offer someone who could help with this. I decided to visit this location to see what the problem was. I’ve never had a phone where the staff did not transferred over the contacts for the customer with it without asking. I called first before visiting and was told that they don’t have the done cables to hook up to do the transfer and suggested going somewhere else if they couldn’t figure it out. Staff took a look at my moms old and new phone and switched the SIM card into the new phone. I was shocked that this is all it took and am not sure why staff did not do this when she got the new phone. It’s your job to assist customers with everything and not blown them off. My mom is older doesn’t understand phone stuff so she needed help which is your job. It is clear that they didn’t wanna help and were to lazy to do this simple task. This is unacceptable.

Visited this location after going to Sprint (whole different story after being a customer of theirs for 6 years)
Ethan and Jordan was amazing! Ethan made the process of signing up with AT&T an experience that I will remember of this location. Jordan was such an entertainer. Both of these gentlemen was so down to earth. This will be my main location to go to for anything.
Thank you both for being so understanding and helpful with my issues with the other phone company. I’m sure I made the right decision making the switch.

These folks are some of the best ATT employees that I have met. Been a customer for about 20 years met a few folks that are very forgettable and some good; this is the "A" Team! These People have the knowledge and moxie to get me through a crashed phone and into a new phone in less than an hour on Memorial Day. Thanks for the assistance and grins. You made a very stressful situation a walk in the park ~

Extremely friendly service. They were able to get me a great deal today after I got screwed over by my last carrier. I'm extremely happy with how quick they were able to resolve my problem that Verizon left me and for cheaper too.

Frank is the coolest guy ever!
Sadly, we had purchased ATT and the speeds were to slow for us as a business, Frank actually was there to cancel the service WITH US and called the cancellation service on the phone.

Not the greatest customer service, if you don’t like people you shouldn’t work i this Industry, I was going to buy a watch, the sales person turned me off, not very helpful, and recommen really didn’t care

The only thing is limited electronics and accessories in the store. However, I like ATT more than any other company, like sprint.

Amber, working at the summit mall kiosk was very rude. If you use att I’d suggest a different location to avoid being talked to like you’re a child.

Thr man was VERY rude and wiuldnt let my husband use his temp id so we had to go to another store that DID allow us to use it! Btw we are a mixed couple and the look on his face as soon as we walked in pretty much told it all.smh

I paid my inter-net bill there, very polite and knowledgeable. No trying to get me to buy other products or services, (high pressure sales). I paid my bill, and was asked if there was anything else that they could help me with, wished a Merry Christmas, and was on my way.

I'm paying for the 50mb download speed package, so why am I getting 5-10mb speeds? If I wanted this slow of internet I'd move to a third world country. Can't wait to see all of the new ways they can screw over their customers now that net neutrality passed!

Trying to get a land line reinstalled. I was given an order number and a date promised to have line working. It is past the date promised but it is still not working. I have spent over an hour of my time trying to talk to the right person to find out why my phone is not up and working but have yet to speak to someone that can help me. I have been transferred several times by at&t, but never seem to get to the correct department. I wish I had another option for a land line other that at&t.

Very poor customer service! They forward there phone so you can't call for help! But all company's offer NO customer service! If you need help you have to drive to the store!

Recently purchased a phone from the store and had some difficulty with it. I went in to ask for help, and was told they don't do customer service. Very rude and dismissive employees.
