I say it all the time. I never have a bad experience here. From the front desk ladies when I first walk in, to the front desk ladies on the bottom level or the top level. They all greet you with a smile. All of the nurses, physical therapists and doctors that my son and I have met have just been awesome to him.so patient and understanding. I would recommend this place every time.

Love it! The staff and nurses are all very kind and helpful, and will go out of their way to help you. I've always been treated very well here.

Staff were able to get us in and out quickly, but not helpful or accurate about what insurance would cover. That error will cost us $3-5k out of pocket.

Aquatic therapy going well. My P. T. 's are super amazing! The Pool and tools are clean and water temp perfect. Excellant program for me. I Love the floor to ceiling windows. Locker room very nice. Every one is very friendly, helpful, professional and kind! EXCELLANT FACILITY.

Ran into scheduling problems, but with the help of Aultman's nurses, and my own doctor, all was straightened out seamlessly!

They are so efficient here, it's amazing how quickly you are in and out. Help desk was great, receptionist went above and beyond and the Dr I saw was amazing. I think I was out the door in less than 45 minutes total. And this included new patient paperwork. I guess I have put up with repeated horrendous wait times (and then never actually seeing a Dr) at Mercy, aka Cleveland Clinic now, I forgot what it's like to receive top notch service.

No long wait. Dr. And Nurse were great. Took great care and helped with my problem. Gave recommendations for further treatment if necessary.

Altman North statcare would not even see me without $75 on the spot It was a Medical emergency. I will never go back there even with insurance. I went across the street to Mercy Statcare they not only helped me, but got me signed up for medicaid and the help I needed With no money on the spot. Altman needs to take a look at itself and do better.

Only had to wait 10 minutes for routine blood work n had a good nurse draw the blood with out any problems.

I go there weekly to the infusion center to get my port accessed. Kasey, Laura, and Wendy are amazing. They make dealing with chronic health problems so much easier.

Absolutely horrible experience. The girl, the front desk was rude trying to act like a doctor telling me about medicines when she has no idea. The nurse practitioner was nice however, did not help me at all. Nobody wants to listen to anybody symptoms or what’s wrong with them it was a complete waste of time and money. What happened to the Aultman practices? Everything has gone downhill.

Dr. Weaver is the best. He takes his time with every patient which sometimes makes the wait a little longer but the quality of his work is great! Would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Bartram is probably the best PCP, a person could hope to have for their health care needs. I am very thankful.

They were very unprofessional. They were too busy talking on the phone with personal calls and with each other then paying attention that more people had came in and did not bother to check until I pounded on the glass to get their attention.

When the staff goes above and beyond. I was in twice in one day. My oldest daughter had a sprained ankle while I got a phone call from the school that my youngest was running a fever. So when I took my older daughter home, I had to come back with my younger one. She had an ear infection. I was overwhelmed and the staff was completely supportive and understanding. Akron childrens had no openings for same day appts. After today I wanted to cry but I have to say from the caring staff that was there, I really got through the entire day smiling. Thank you for all who were in the office today.

Went in for a sleep study at the Sleep Lab. Everyone was outstanding and did a fantastic job.

The only good thing really is I got in quick while it was the first thing in the morning, the front desk lady wasn’t the nicest person & just seemed miserable. While I was in the room and they prescribed me an antibiotic for a couple days. I asked the nurse if this would affect my birth control. She told me not to worry it’s a “myth”.
Well after taking this, I bleed for two weeks straight and in horrible pain while still being sick. While I never experience this before. Now a month later. My cycle is completely messed up.
As I’m frustrated and wanted more answers I looked up different antibiotics and what they do to birth control. The one they prescribed me is the one that isn’t supposed to be taken on birth control!
While there is other antibiotics they could have gave me, instead of asking the doctor. I just got it’s a myth.
