Bakery Auntie Anne's reviews
6They never have any food available. With only three items on the menu you’d think they could have a supply. We stop quite often but end up having to go elsewhere. Hopefully they can get a different restaurant in there that can keep up.
Stopped in for some mini pretzel dogs.and get told they don't have any ready and they will not make any today.place is bogus
Pretzel bites were ok. I wanted to order a pepperoni pretzel but as I was viewing the menu, the employee told me what was in the case was all that was available. So I got regular bites. They were made hours prior obviously. Only reason they get 3 stars instead of 1 is because I got a free lemonade simply because the employee forgot to ring it up even though I told him I wanted one.
There was no line and it took a while to be waited on. The pretzel was burned I got and the bits were ok, but not very flavorful. I am disappointed in this place. This was Friday 14th of May.
When you promise your toddler a fresh hot pretzel and they are closed at 3: 30 in the afternoon!
Fast service, but bad quality product.
The customer before me had to ask "Can I have pretzel bites that are less burnt? "
Pretty much everything in the holding area that was ready to be served was burnt. The associates shouldn't be serving this food unless it meets the minimum standards of the brand.
There was a Cinnabon in this space before. Maybe they closed for the same reason.
This plaza was busy, so the customers are there, but serving poor quality product will be the end of this Auntie Anne's.
