Aurora Farms Premium Outlets reviews
17Alot of different places for a lot of different taste. Clothes shoes electronics and anything else random
Coach and MK both have good sales. Ann Taylor's sale was pretty good, too. I left with a lot without paying a lot.
Definitely not what it used to be - many of the stores are closed and it's becoming very run down (the spirit Halloween doors were broken off!) A good place for in and out if there's a particular store you know you need to go to.
First off- this place is one where you should plan on staying longer than a brief visit. The Outlets are a very large area and it is like a single-story shopping mall so you will need more than a couple of hours to fully explore. Puma is one of my personal favorite brands ever, and the Puma Outlet here is quite good, with a very decent selection of both recent items and old favorites; that being said, if it's shoes you're after their clearance section is extremely decent and carries a good variety that updates frequently, although you may have trouble finding your size if it's a men's 10.5 or 11. As for the other stores, there is a good (and larger) variety of items at lower prices than their usual retail as well as stuff you can't find anywhere else. There is generally good parking available, but be prepared to walk a lot or move your vehicle if you plan on visiting multiple stores (unless they happen to be right next to each other). That being said, accessibility to the stores I personally shop at is very adequate, but since there aren't generally any big names with close proximity, if I don't find what I want I feel less inclined to browse. The restrooms are well appointed, and walking from place to place is scenic if time-consuming. There are also various food trucks.
Not like it used to be. Need more home goods stores and places to eat. It's just clothes and shoes.
Nice place to shop. Only 45 minutes to get there from warren. Good bargains if you go at the right time.
Of all the remaining outlets it us still going strong on the new side.we got a lot of great deals and have a good time.
Couldn't find anywhere to eat in this town after shopping. All fast food was closed in the dining area. My mom didn't want hibachi (the only option unless you want to eat in your car). Mexican restaurant was closed.even the vending machine was broken. They need food options. We ended up going home instead of shopping more.
Visited while out of town and wanted to stop in and see if we could find anything for a specific occasion. The layout is very nice and has great potential, but it looks like many stores have closed and almost resembles a ghost town. I like they had some food trucks in the middle food court area, but was definitely disappointed in the variety of stores.
Sad, this place once was very nice but has gone down a lot. One half is almost empty. Look on the website and if there is a store you need then will work, but not a placeee for a dayof browsing.
I love to go check out better prices. Some stores like Nike, coach or columbia have great discounts. Crocs its so expensive!
I've never been there, but from the reviews I won't go there! The prices are way to high for an outlet mall! It's to far from where I live to waste my time and money.
Can't believe how the grounds have gone downhill. Nothing seems to be cared for there anymore.
Adidas
1 changing room which sucks because they're very busy
Lines go quick
No line outside
Good staff
We understand now why it says ‘permanently closed’ when you search via Google. It’s not entirely closed but does look like a zombie apocalypse occurred sometime recently. There are some stores still open, worn down facade but open. Others are shuttered closed and overgrown with weeds and landscaping. The lake smells like death but once you walk past that with mouth closed you can make it to the outlets nextdoor that are less apocalyptic.
Lots of stores with merchandise. Not super great prices. Staffing was too light and not real helpful.
I was very disappointed with my visit to Aurora Farms Premium Outlet today compared to my pre-pandemic experiences. The number of empty stores and buildings in need of some basic repair gave the place an abandoned appearance. Most distressing was the pond. There was a pile of dead fish covered in flies at one end creating an stink that wafted over the food truck and gazebo areas.
The bathrooms across from the management office were disgusting. They were unclean and poorly maintained, which along with all of the dead fish raised concerns about the outlet's overall hygiene standards. And beware of tactless individuals think it is appropriate to take selfies and family photos in such an unpleasant PUBLIC bathroom!
My experience today do not meet the standards I expect from a "premium" outlet. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and undertakes necessary measures to address them. Until that time I am hesitant to return and cannot recommend it as the pleasant day-long excursion it once was. The individual stores that are still there would earn four to five stars by themselves, but I can only give the overall experience two.
