So currently, I’ve been paying for junk. I’ve reported to this company about the issues with this car and every time that I report- I am not even contacted back.the sales lady who had sold me my 04 Ford Explorer didn’t even want to talk to me or face me after the first issue. My first issue occurred two days after I bought my car - my hub barring failed on me and I couldn’t drive my car for at least two weeks. I’ve been having other issues as well and every time I report these issues, and it’s been to the point to where I’ve been wanting to trade it in. Since they won’t take to the car back I have been looking at places to trade this in - but I’m constantly rejected for is high in mileage. This company does not report this to your credit bureau. For when I did try to trade, my car wasnt even listed as it being paid on.plus I was told that I’m paying 180 more for something that doesn’t even cost that much per month. I could get a newer car for 280 a month. I am never contacted back ever.but I am always harassed about payments even after I’ve talked to them about how I’m paying to always get the car fixed plus pay car insurance and a car note. Not a good move, I wasted a lot of money.

They try to work with you every way they can. Good cars at a good price.
