Good evening Mr. Auto Palace, we were working with Mr. Román, the attention was excellent and very cordial.

This was my 1st time going to a dealership to get financing and I must say they made the process so smooth! They were able to get me approved and out the door the same day and they took my trade in as a DP! They were all kind and informative with everything! Dirty place to do business. Make sure u bring someone who is a mechanic when looking at a car. Long story short my mom's car has a bad transmission every mechanic I took it too said the car is junk. Worst part about it? The worst part about it was the fact when I called very politely about the problems. They did not want to stick by there so called " good reputation" and stand by the cars they sell. Don't believe me. Go ask for yourself. Save your money and time. Don't shop here.

That place needs better salespeople that actually want to sell vehicles, when a customer walks in to look at a car and is buying cash, you would assume they would be a lil more willing to sell, or work with the customer.not here, you don't even get a salesperson to come outside to greet you as you sit by the car for over 25 min checking it out, then the price posted on marketplace is different from the actual price once you're in person, buyer beware!

The staff was polite, kind and listened to exactly what I wanted with Zero haggling. I told Daniel and Paul what vehicle I wanted, how much I wanted to pay and they delivered on EVERYTHING! I originally called another salesman but he forgot who I was as well as the car I was looking at. I asked for videos and pictures that were never delivered.

I called back to ask for Hasan based on reviews and he did not disappoint. He immediately sent me a large amount of photos. Then he did the test drive video I asked for but did multiple and even called me. He's a true and very nice salesman even after the sale.
