Auto Title North - Franklin County Clerk of Courts, Columbus OH

Place is a joke if you go after 4pm they will make up any excuses they can to not clear your title. The assistant manager was apparently switched from the south side location after my cousins husband was assured she would be let go for accusing him of not being blind even though she was holding his ID which stated he was lady needs to find a new line of work cause clearly she doesn't want to do this job correctly. Also watched them turn the title printer off before even calling me up. Also she tried to steal my ID had to have security make her give it back.

What a great service we received by Connie. She was very attentive, detailed, happy demeanor and had AMAZING signs that made us feel welcomed to OH. If the office reads this message, please tel Connie she made our day. Job very well done.

Went there yesterday" the lady who checks people in was very nice and jokeative" well was called within 10 minutes.

I detest going to any BMV locations, but Auto Title North was a pleasant and surprising experience. The security person was polite, personable and helpful and Alexis, the clerk was as well. I highly recommend this location.

My experience was great!
I booked an appointment online, went checked in online 15 minutes before my appointment and I was served. I sat and used my phone until they called me.
Customer service was excellent for me. Everyone seemed to be so happy today, may be because it's Friday?

The best thing is they have an outdoor kiosk. You can walk up and place your driver's license in the kiosk and follow the prompts and get your stickers and then get a receipt and you can do all that from right here and it's 24 hours so you can either go late early whenever why because it's 24 hours. That's the best thing you don't have to wait in line for any of that. If you just renewing your tags, your sticker

If you only do business from 8-4: 45, your hours are 8-4: 45. Stop misleading people with 8-5! The security person could not have been more condescending. If you get there any time after 4 I’d say beware, these folks do not seem ready to help in any manner unless it’s when they feel like it!

Called to get a few questions answered about an out-of-state title transfer. The lady I spoke with was WONDERFUL! Not often you receive great customer service like that. She listened, she was engaged and offered advice in the best way. THANK YOU!

1. I purchased a collectable vehicle in MI. The clerk at the DMV recorded the mileage on the MI title incorrectly as 168,641 when it was actually 160,641. I had waited there for 2 hours and they closed after issuing the title. I had to drive home to Columbus, OH. 2. The BMV on Kenny Rd assured me that this wouldn't be a problem since they performed a VIN & mileage check which showed the mileage was now 60,981.3. I had an appointment at Auto Title North. Their policy is to use the original title if the mileage is from the VIN check is lower to prevent odometer fraud. 4. Devonte couldn't have been more unhelpful. When I asked if there was someone who could help me with the obvious error on the MI title he said no and that his job was to enforce the policy. MY OH TITLE NOW STATES I HAVE 7,487 MORE MILES THAN ARE ON MY CAR.

Greatest people on earth work there! Fast! Effective! Efficient! Professional! Courtesy! And for faster service, you must make an appointment!

If you want horrible service come on in this place is a joke and so are the clerks. I have issues everytime I come here.

Tiffany was incredibly helpful and super nice in explaining the process I needed to take to get my title. Dawn was very pleasant and fast at getting me out the door in 10 minutes or less from when I came in. The process is super quick and efficient at this location.

This BMV is a disaster. They take cards for payment from some people, and tell others they don’t take card. They tell some people to sign in, and they turn others away saying “it’s too busy”. They whisper behind the counter and raise their voices inappropriately when asked to repeat what they said. Everyone’s got such an attitude, but a reminder: no one made you work at the BMV. Tomato, tomato, tomato.

Awesome experience with appointment, check-in and service. In and out in 20 minutes. Shout out to Steven who was friendly and efficient. Keep up the great work.
