Was in need of a new vehicle "truck" Nash got me a good deal! I recommend taking a good look here at automax. Only took 5 days for the check engine light to come on.

Horrible staff! My father needed to find a truck to buy he had 5000 cash in hand.we live in Michigan and it came up on Facebook market place a clean truck with high miles but it was suitable for what my dad needed he is not being to picky when it comes to a 5000 dollar truck.so i call this place last night and let them know we will be driving almost 2 hours to come buy this truck in full and if its available and if it has any issues.they tell me it runs fine and if anything is wrong anytime soon it would only need rear break pads.so we drive 2 hours down to this dealer today to be told its down the street at the other dealer ship associated with them and that it has every light on the dash lit up.so we drive 5 minutes down the road to that dealership and they tell us its back at the dealership we just left then come to find out neither of them seem to be able to explain where this truck but its in there system.so we drove 2 hours and couldn't even look at the truck they have listed on the website and on Facebook and they confirmed it was not sold.we both took off work and wasted a half day and could not even look at the truck and we were lied to the night before.i give them 0 stars i dont know why they couldn't tell me on the phone the night before they didn't have the truck but instead they waste our time this place is very shady, dishonest and if they cant be honest about having a vehicle can you trust them they will sell you one without underlying issues? They offered us to look at another white truck a little more in price and the fenders were all rusted out and they put multiple layers of rubber bed liner over it to try to hide it and the whole side of the truck bed flexed like a trampoline! The guys name who caused all this was (THOR) so if he try's to sell you a vehicle walk away don't get burned like we did.

I had to go elsewhere for good service on arrival two gentlemen stand out front ignored a friend and I. I had to ask them were they working second of all a lot of vehicles look like they were in fender benders or slight accidents and few of the vehicles I looked at the parts a being held together with zip ties. That is unacceptable we are looking for a decent car preparing to spend thousands of dollars I wouldn’t recommend anyone finance a vehicle with the front end being held together with zip ties. Poor service and over price damaged vehicles

We went in with no knowledge of what they were going to say or even give us but little did we know they had us in great hands Nash and Jessie did their thing fr we left driving a 2015 Ford Fusion with an amazing low down payment Thank you guys so much if anyone wants or needs a car I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going here and ask for Nash and Jessie they are the freaking best I promise you

I’m 18, I have have been driving since I was 15 1/2. I’ve been looking and searching for a great place to buy my first car from. Nash hooked me up with a great 2017 Chevy Equinox. While out for my test drive I had noticed the breaks were going bad, he told me to bring the car back the up coming week and they’ll fix it, along with fixing my breaks they put in a new battery! I’m beyond happy with the experience I received at Auto Max and I’ll gladly come back in the future when looking for a new vehicle. Nash made sure my monthly payments were at a reasonable price for someone of my age.

Tried to buy a Truck from them.my call was not returned and on the 4th day I called them back they were extremely rude and had a tone with me as I expressed my displeasure with this exchange the "owners assistant" hung up on me. Unfortunate they have to be given 1 star!

Need to take better pictures of the cars. One I looked at was nothing like pictures online. Could also work on customer service

This place ripped me off. We got a car and not even 2 weeks later the engine is gone. No help at all. Then when the BBB got involved it became worse. I was told to give This $2600 for an engine then, $500 to get the car started. Then I went back up there with my wife Thor told us $1500. He would not give us anything in writing to confirm that the price would not change on us like he has done in a weeks time. This place is a rip off. Trust if I could I would give a -5.

Ok so we got a very nice running beautiful truck. Sales staff was great a little on the sassy side the way we like it! They sold my husband a beautiful truck with low miles and the only thing is is the staff needed a measuring device because either they can’t measure the bed of trucks or their ruler was broke. The information given to them and us was the bed was a short bed. When furthering my husbands investigation he found that when he slid his 6 foot ladder into the bed it had. 5 feet left in the bed. Maybe when it rained it grew? Haha thanks sales team we love everything about the sale! Including the team!

I had a awesome experience with Nash yesterday! He got us a beautiful Jeep! He took his time to make sure we got what we asked for. There was no pressure applied at all. He made it a very comfortable buying experience! We love our ride and will definitely be back in the future! I highly recommend Nash!

I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this place I used to work at the mechanic shop that they will take them to to get them worked on and they rigged everything just to get it by the cars are not safe they're not reliable they're not good vehicles they are all auction cars beat junk avoid this buy here pay here place

We bought a car on October 17th and they said they would pay off my other car here it is November 21st and they still have yet to pay off my other car and now I owe over $100 in interest on my other loan because they were neglectful on sending out a check very displeased I will be calling the state department to file a complaint

Automax is a great place to get your car, they have great customer service reps I've dealt with them for ten years cars are still in great shape only had Minor service issues like oil change tunup and brakes post by Candace Butler
