I was traveling home to Wisconsin from Ohio and my truck wouldn't start. I called AutoNation and they got me an appointment right away. I was able to get my truck to them and they checked everything out and installed a new battery. Everything was done quickly and cost friendly. Everyone at AutoNation was super friendly and very understanding. Thank you AutoNation!

The service was great, I was in and out in a very timely manner. I would definitely bring my vehicle back.

Jessica and her team of techs were able to diagnose and fix my car and get me back on the road within 30 minutes. I will definitely be back and appreciate them going out od their way at the end of the day to make sure I wasn't going to be stranded with a dead battery.

Katlyn who works in the service department handles my paperwork car services i appreciate all the hard work she does in doing so. I have had my car in their multiple times engine replaced and many other issues for the same problem and hope it is fixed this time and they figured it out if I did not have a loaner car I would of lost my job so thanks for that as well she is very polite and works hard to resolve the issues I just pray all is good this time and I can enjoy my car I would.love to be able to change to ford escape someday if i can gwt my credit woeked out. Really like that car as

I have been buying cars and getting service from Autonation in Amherst since 2008 and they have always had great customer service and are prompt in providing updates. I usually work with Shawn and he is great to work with.

Brought my 2023 F150 in for first oil change and problem with antenna. I met and worked with Mary at the service desk who did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of progress and updating me on costs and time frames for a couple of items I was seeking to purchase. My truck was washed ready to go in just over one hour!

I have already shared my opinion on your fantastic service team. Leader Jessica did a great service by coordinating and delivering taking care of my service needs. She went way out her way for me. She never stops moving. And a shout out to the guy who was tasked with the detail job he performed on my truck. Great job team.

Shawn always makes sure my vehicle is serviced to perfection He answers my questions, follows up with me and explains everything that was done to my car.

Horrible experience. They did everything in their power to not do my recall. And then I wanted work done on my vehicle and they overcharged me bye like 300 percent. I don’t recommend them at all!

They offered vehicle drop off which is very convenient. They offered to wash my car. This was without me asking. Also, the repair was done in a timely manner.

Great place to visit.only downfall is that I reside over an hour from Amherst and it's a bit of a hassle and an inconvenience to drive 1 hour one way just to have service done. Have been treated very well every visit and the Staff is Great!

Our service adviser, Jessica, was very responsive and helpful. She explained things fully and helped work on solutions.

Easy to schedule and they do good work and do a good job keeping you informed and explaining what the issue is. I travel a good distance because of their service.

Recently had my non-starting vehicle towed in for repair. Problem diagnosed, parts ordered and repaired quickly and without any surprises. Excellent work and the best experience I have had with a service advisor in years.

Scheduled Service performed: oil change, rotate tires and new front wiper blades. This took over Two (2) hours, totally unexceptable. I could have gone anyplace else and had the exact same service performed in 30 minutes at the same price.

I was in and out within an hour or so for an oil change on a diesel truck to include some recall items. Young lady that assisted me on site was very helpful and knowledgeable about the services. I had previously called and got their call center which is out of state and not on site. The call center definitely does not know much and you are better off dealing with on site staff that work here, not out of state.

Very kind and informative and willing to give me ride to work and brought my vehicle to me.
