Just put on some lug nuts that the tireshop refused to replace. Autozone took care of me right away and even made sure my lugs were torqued down correctly. All of them. Excellent service and very courteous and professional. Keep up the good work, AutoZone!

Don’t go here to get your diagnostic checked. I have had two car issues for different cars which I was told that were “impossible” for them to check. O’riley in Fairborn is a better choice. They were able to find the issue and give me the part with a diagnostic check! Very upset that I wasted my time.

AMAZING SERVICE! The staff was knowledgeable and quick.and saved me money, making good suggestions. I didn't feel rushed, and they made installations. I came away very happy. Thank you to all you fine folks! I feel safe. My vehicle is high mileage so i like to feel informed even if I don't have the experience to fully understand the problem.

I had the most wholesome experience at autozone about a week back when my car was stranded due to the alternator going out. Colton a manager there figured out my issue very quick. He knew my situation and knew I was stranded and actually paid for part of the alternator because I had only some cash on me. His shift ended and he actually went home got his tools and came back and installed it! I tried to offer him a tip and he told me he could only accept a review. So thank you to Colton.

I would always choose this store simply because of the staff. Many thanks to one worker named Colton, who has helped me on several occasions to choose the correct products and really gone above and beyond to assist me. My family and I greatly appreciate the extraordinary customer service!

Got the warranty on my parts with no problem fast and courteous service has everything that I needed

It was ok, there was one employee in particular who was cussing real loud and extremely slow because he appeared to be helping a friend or something and just bs-ing instead of helping him and moving on to the next. Then he complained to the next customer that they dont give them enough help in the evenings. Seems pretty unprofessional

The guy was uninterested in helping me out. Felt like it was a hassle for him to answer questions. Made me feel uncomfortable. Also thr store was empty of customers! He had the time to help but it wad like pulling teeth. Too many other parts stores, i will not go back there!

I like this AutoZone because of the employees. They are always nice and helpful, which is great, but I am constantly impressed with the breadth of their knowledge! When you go there, even if they don't know ow the answer, they will try very hard to get it for you.

They helped my wife change the fluids in her car and put her wiper blades on very nice young gentlemen I would recommend this store to anyone looking for old fashioned good service

Good pricing but they fail to have enough help usually got to stand for to Five Deep inline in the phone constantly rings without no one answering it

The best, most wonderful service in installing my battery at night, in the cold. Not just get it in, but took his time to get it in absolutely right. Not many take their time to do it right!

Always seem to have the parts I need and the staff is super helpful. I would highly recommend this store in particular.

Helpful team with fun conversations. Always has the misc.parts I need in stock. Proceed the high/slanted parking lot with extreme caution if you are low though. If not, I’ll probably hear your screams and new exhaust leak from my house.
