Hello
Hell
The cashier (believe his name was Johnny) was awesome he knew exactly what I wanted immediately and recognized my piccolo shirt so I give that dude a 6 out of 5
Great place for your automotive needs. Service was excellent. Atmosphere in store was truly blessed. Found everything I needed.
The manager on duty was extremely helpful in putting my battery in. She got the correct battery and everything is great again.thanks!
Not happy gave me wrong part lied about having the part was not helpful and sold me antifreeze at $22 a bottle not cool. Autozone on Arlington and archwood it was bs.
So my boyfriend went up here to get a new battery and there free battery change like the sign says but it should say if I feel like changing your battery the kid that checked out didn’t know how to and said he could help but couldn’t promise to do it right and the old guy who had just did a battery change said he didn’t want to do it and the other person said sorry end of my shift I’m leaving.it was 7 pm they didn’t close till 9pm I don’t get how you can just tell a customer that you don’t feel like doing a part of your job.so disappointing.had to go next door to o’Riley’s and they were nice enough to help us change the battery and get us on our way
There where very helpful. I needed a head light changed. The the 2 gentleman that worked there changed it for me thank you guys again (9-9-2020about 7: 30pm)
Went late on a Saturday afternoon to have my Mom's 2 yr.old car battery checked, as it kept dying. AAA had sold it to her. They tested the battery (DOA- what the heck AAA?) and sold us a new one. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes. It was so fast, that my order of sauerkraut balls at Lembo's next door (highly recommended) wasn't even ready! New battery fit and works like a charm, and the price was comparable to other stores.
Horrible customer service. The manager wouldn't even come from the back to see if something could be ordered that was available to order at Advanced Auto and O'Reilly
Needed back lights for my car this evening. Planned to buy them tonight and get them put in somewhere tomorrow. They put them in for me at no extra charge! I've always left happy with my purchases here and employees are super nice and helpful. This why I always come back here instead of the other two places down the street!
Quick and easy
Went in for wiper blade
The book is available for all cars easy to understand and staff was very helpful also replace my old one.
Had to replace the lightbulb on a 2013 Found On Road Dead Focus. No problem finding the part getting it in was another story. The people at AutoZone do not remove parts even to replace a bulb, nice. Needless to say glad we were at an AutoZone because the great engineering behind the Ford headlamps was amazing. I spun a screw off and replaced it with a push pin actually worked better. It took a few bucks and some plastic way cheaper than Ford engineers sitting around to design a car that can't be fixed by the backyard mechanic, in your face Ford, Ha.
Kristopher and David were two of the NICEST people I have ever encountered at ANY Autozone, and I mean that sincerely. We came in to buy a new battery and was hoping that someone could tell us how to replace it but Kristopher himself offered to get it all squared away for us — in a blizzard, no less! In under 10 minutes, he had the new battery in and the old battery out. Then, our hood wouldn’t latch so David spent a good amount of time trying to figure out why. Again this is all happening in freezing weather as the snow is dumped upon us. David comes back out with some WD-40 and fixes the issue. Thank you so much again for all of your kindness! It absolutely goes a long way:)
Just left and bought NOTHING, needed about $100 worth of stuff, the rude man working acted as if I was bothering him, so I left and went elsewhere. Thanks for nothing! Get some people who want to work and help customers! I will never return!
It is a reasonably priced store. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. There is an older gentleman that works there that is always crabby and never smiles. Other than that I like auto zone
I don't know how some of these guys keep their jobs. I know more about cars and I'm a carpenter.
The employee went way out of way to help me. I needed a light fixture because a deer hit me and he had 1 at home some people are awesome
*Been going here for years since they opened and have ALWAYS been treated with respect. I compare prices with other stores and AutoZone always offers price-matching with any of their competitor's prices.
