Kelby was awesome! He helped me and my girl with great service! So far this is my favorite location to get parts for my car.

The store manager is one amazing lady. I think I have a crush. She was professional, humorous, eloquent, and very helpful. It is very refreshing because Auto Zone lacks people with these qualities.

Stopped in for wiper blades for my son's car. Extremely pleased with the fabulous service we received! Robert couldn't have been more helpful. Not only did he come out and assist in putting the wipers on, but he took the time to show my son how to attach them for future reference. What an exceptional employee. Thank you so much Robert!

Had purchased a new battery in Feb 2019. Called to store and explained problem. Salesman was kind and courteous. Looked up warranty by telephone number and installed a new battery in less than 15 minutes and had me on my way.

Yesterday I was having a really awful day, but then Ms. Selena showed up and helped me beyond measure. She was very knowledgeable about my car and actually show empathy towards my hectic day. Thank you so much for your assistance.

There was this getlemen white getlemen today who help me put my blades wipers and some power steering fluid to my SUV he was kind and so put much effort to help me out In everything that I need it. I'm actually regreting not to tip him or give him some money for the help: (

Not sure about the feeling. Price tags are all wrong environment didn't feel professional. Same time idk

AAA broke the bolts and holder that keeps the battery in place and the manager, Kelby, helped me find the correct equipment and then was kind enough to replace it for me- awesome staff. Highly recommend them:)

I've had mixed good with bad.the worse was last week when I was trying to replace my blower motor and was calling for the part. Had to repeat myself multiple times and when I pointed that out to the guy on the phone he thought it was funny. Needless to say I bought the part across the street at Advanced Auto.
