I asked for a battery check engine light diagnostic and

they gave me instructions and the device to hook it up myself by getting down under the dash and pretend like I'm under 30.

I still like the store but. Shame on you. Wear a mask and do that simple courtesy for those that can't climb and twist under their dash

I got it done at O'Reilly cross the street.

Second time going and them not having in stock very common items, smh glad theres is an o'Reilly's across the street and had what I needed

I was stuck with my car (Dead battery) and they were very nice to go to my location and gave it a boost! I was able to turn on the car and continue my ride!

Came to this location to look for a battery. It was excellent service from all the staff. I was able to price match the battery and get it for cheaper and the lovely manager Charles helped me install it. I been having car troubles all week and the staff at this location help a lot. Highly Recommended

Spent a while looking around the store since a few of the items we came for were out of stock. However, we managed to find a few. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes and saw no employees. There were multiple employees behind the counter on their cell phones when we came in. We put the items back and as we were leaving a lady told us to "have a nice day" from behind the counter. Very disrespectful and not professional in the slightest.

Miss some of the older more experienced guys that I have spoke to in the past but still friendly service

Charles b helped me out when I was stranded I was 4 min away and he drive out my starter was bad he was still able to get it started i live 1 30 min away I was so thankful for him and his co workers

Store clerk was very helpful and friendly! Joked with is and offered a nice banter back and forth. Quick trip and didn't need much. Will stop there again.

These guys were great.came in with a walker and they were polite and very helpful. This is my parts store from now on.

I was in a bind today & was helped out by an excellent associate at your 2700 Arlington Rd Akron, Oh location. I know your guys are supposed to know cars - but I was lucky enough to get help from Charles on problem with my motorcycle. The guy not only new my problem was the battery - but found the cause (an auxiliary light switch put on by the previous owner - which was draining the battery). Hats off to Charles and Autozone.

Some people don't belong working here they have no idea what they are doing but nice place if u like to return parts because it's the wrong

Lied to me about brake hardware then said I needed to give phone number for warranty which was another lie.
