AutoZone Auto Parts, Cleveland OH

Other than the battery tester being missing and I had to go to O'Reilly's. The AutoZone team was very helpful, patient and offered superb prices. I did get my battery from them and they installed it with a smile. #highlyreccomend

Went to get engine coolant. Very close to home and the prices are reasonable. Staff was courteous.

Always have the parts I need, very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable on able everything about your vehicle.

There is an amazing man by the name of DeVante (I think I spelled it right) that works at this Autozone. His customer service was A1. Extremely nice. Read my codes on my car for my check engine light. Very transparent gave me quotes on parts that I’d need. When I buy the parts I’m going to go straight back to this guy. I love when men are helpful to women without the “extra stuff” when we need car help. I appreciate this and every time I go to Autozone thats what I get. Thanks DeVonte!

Excellent customer service! Had a broken license plate bracket and they not only found a part, but also installed it and made sure it fit correctly before charging me for the part.

They helped me out this morning. They greeted me when i came in the store. I bought a head light bulb which They put on for me. Made my morning. Thanks again guys

Why is it that no one that works here ever, and I mean EVER gives you the right price or even the right part. Was quoted $22 for a part that took 20 minutes on the phone to get the quote. Only to get there and it was really $130

Friendly customer service. The employee checked my oil and put in the oil I needed. So thankful for his help and consideration.

This location has no Customer Service. I was searching for some fluids for my car. Walking around the store not one of the four associates asked Me did I need any Help! I then turned around and said "Welcome to AutoZone how may I help You" no one still asked to assist Me in any way! Finally a sales associate came over and asked what I needed!? I've dealt with a lot of these kinds of store and this crew seems to have it together. They seem knowledgeable and helpful. Beyond that their inventory seems typical of these kinds of shops, but the team there makes a difference.

Moving merchandise away from the cashier countertops would probably help and be safer for the customer and their staff.

It can be really long until you get some service in that place.whether you're on the phone or actually in the store they are very slow and move with no sense of urgency

I believe her name was Anna her customer service was awesome. She was very nice and seemed to know her job very. I would return just because of her customer service.

Great work by Devone, who replaced my low beams, looked at other aspects of my car, performed a diagnostic test and provided good information regarding repair. He had a great attitude and was very helpful. Satisfied customer.

As a woman I always feel nervous going into auto parts stores because I feel like they take advantage of me and are not respectful. However I had the opposite experience! The staff was friendly and completely helpful and respectful. I'll be back!

Terrible customer service the employees are disrespectful and really angry I would recommend going to another AutoZone because this location is horrible

Workers were super nice and took good care of me. Davone was leaving home and then stayed to install the car battery. Great service!
