AutoZone Auto Parts, Cleveland OH

Went to buy a battery and have it installed and the guy claimed he was too busy to put it in.i was the only one in the store as it was 1030 am and there was 3 people working.really sad for a mgr to represent a company that way.just went to advance and saved 50 bucks.thanks.the funniest part was him claiming president obama ceased all production of lead in the us and that is why batteries are more expensive.how does it get any better than that? Lol

I needed a car lighter they apparently don't sell them any longer so I'm not very happy with them

Greg the store Manager and staff provided 5 star service to me on a very cold day. I needed a replacement bulb for my turn signal, which was located in an awkward position next to the headlight. Other staff came out to locate the bulb and the Manager replaced it, outside in the cold. Because of their effort I can ride safely.

I've always have had an pleasant experience with the crew here especially Greg who has went out his way to help me more than once and thats what keeps me coming back to this location.

Very helpful staff, I bought some windshield wiper fluid for my car and the guy that was on the register went outside to put it in for me! I wish I asked his name but he was very helpful and polite.

Always get inexperienced associates that attempt to wait on me. They need More guidance or experience from other store managers imo

I have been here numerous times but most recently for a gas cap it is literally the 4th gas cap I have purchased for my Van and it's still not right.

I just want to sayThat one of your employees, His name wasJay, went above and beyond made sure my car would start and he also followed me home to make sure I got hone. I just wanted to say thank you very much, I appreciated that!

I love the fact that they had good quality of everything you need for the car even it's a little expensive than others Auto parts

That one guy up there and Puritas knows what he's talkin what he's talking about the only one up there he owns old Ford five stars for him not to store

Guys don't know how to price match with other stores want to still charge you the full price they're a bunch of dummies in there keep them in class longer

Great customer service reasonable prices@ times, accept for the price of the antifreeze & the oil.

Honest service. Chris the Assistant Manager was very helpful and patient. He gave good advice about a battery problem I had and even encouraged a younger associate
to have more confidence in themselves.

My experience with AutoZone was great The clerk that I had was very knowledgeable and help me out and all types of ways gave me prices for parts I feel like this is one of the best autozones and Cleveland

Great store with really good employees! If you have any questions ask the manager, John, because he really knows cars and can answer any questions. I will go here for all my parts needs!
