7 My low bean light was out on my car. Went and bought one at Auto Zone today. I am a 72year old widow. I asked if he would put it in for me. I had no idea how to do it. The guy said no it takes to long. They had three cars in their parking lot. Ok then. I got on YouTube and it literally took me less than five minutes.
Won't be going back.
I was in need of a motorcycle battery. I found exactly what I needed with the help of the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was out the door in less than 10 minutes.
They didn't know enough about the parts I needed for my car. They forced me to go elsewhere.
I was in a pinch and a little bit of a panic looking for fender well clips. Ron and Shea provided me with EXCELLENT customer service. Ron even got down on the cold ground to help me figure out what size clip I needed. Truly went above and beyond for me!
On December 27th, 2020 at 7: 30pm right before they close and Shay and another nice older gentlemen helped us out so much with our radiator part on my 04’ Jetta. They pried and pushed the older radiator out of the hose for us and saved us a a lot of money. SHAY WOULDNT EVEN TAKE MY 10 DOLLARS I OFFEDED. SHES A GREAT SOUL.
The staff was very helpful. I got the right part 1st time. They even told me an easier to change part. No problem returning core for core refund. In an out both times very fast.
Tim did a nice job walking me through the steps on how to check why my engine light was on.
