5Zero stars if possible. I understand the requirements to hire retail these days is a pulse, but I Was "helped" by Victoria who was not at all helpful. I came to recycle oil and buy 2 quarts of oil. This turned into a 20 minute fiasco of incompetence and mumbling from the associate.ridiculous.
Ms. Phelps, store manager, was fantastic. A+ in customer service. Replaced my back windshield wiper. Smile on her face, positive attitude and genuinely polite. Thank you for adding some joy in my day.
When the line got long, the Manager didn't step in to help, so we waited for about a half hour in line while she was just chatting with another employee who was stocking the shelf. The 2 guys at the counter where doing their best though, and did effectively get everything we needed.
These guys dont know what a carburetor line is, and I had to go back to the store because the cashier kept $10.00
Been in several times since it has opened. Staff has been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
