I stopped in because check engine light was on. Jo greeted me as I walked in and immediately went out to my vehicle and diagnosed problem and then printed out results for me. She was very polite and personable. Great employee.

Service was wonderful. I needed windshield wipers. He looked them found the right ones and even installed them for me.

They were very friendly and helpful, BUT VERY SLOW, TOOK WAY TO LONG JUST TO GET AN AIR FILTER!

Just got my car back yesterday from having it repaired but today shortly after filling up my check engine light came on. I stopped right in and asked if they could help and a man gladly got his gadget for that process and told me that it was very common and that I needed a fuel cleaner. He set me up with that and some nice glass cleaner and a towel and I went right out and poured it into my tank. Thank you so much, I hope that does the trick. Super friendly and very helpful.

Only needed one thing upon everything. I wanted to look confident. After about 2 minutes, an associate asked me if I was finding everything ok. I thanked him and explained my situation. The staff seemed proud to be able to help me and without overextending.

On 11/01/2020 I was shopping for a car battery I decided I would stop at AutoZone Auto Part on W. Alexis Rd in Sylvania OH. Upon entering the Auto Parts Store I was greeted by a manager and auto clerk name Brent. He asked "How could he assist me? " In which I reply im looking to buy a car battery. He not only help me with purchasing a car battery plus accessory needed for it, he switched the car batteries then asked me to start my car. Brent, Thank you for Outstanding customer service!

I needed a new battery for my RV. Britney was extremely knowledgeable and she changed the battery without any help for me. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. It was a great experience.

The staff is knowledgeable & attentive. They also will help install certain items, no charge.
