AutoZone Auto Parts reviews
14Auto zone and O'Reilly's Auto parts are in the number one spot for me for a couple reasons, one they treat us veterans very good and always give us a decent discount, second their prices are usually pretty good and most of the time their customer service is top notch.
Knowledgeable staff, if that particular location doesn't have the parts you need they will ask all their other stores while you're there or on the phone to ensure you get what you need to get up and safely running again.
Picked up a rear wiper and it was mis packaged. I returned it and they exchanged it no problem
They are all so helpful and describe things what's wrong in a way u (female) can understand
Guy talking to me with a pillow in his mouth, rude, nasty that I even called to order a front differential actuator, wanted to tell me it’s a window part for back or front. Clueless. Never, in any state will I call, walk into, or even suggest ANY Auto Zone. Best to even pay more for someone that knows what they’re even doing.
Huge selection, employees tend to be eager to help but lack any true knowledge. But aye, that's what you get when you hire minimum wage you get minimum knowledge. Parts are cheap Chinese junk. Go to NAPA
Everytime I go to AutoZone I get a worker who doesn't know anything about cars.to do my back brakes I needed a brake code I went into this AutoZone asked them to look it up and they didn't even know what a brake code was. It took a manager and two team members to look it up and tell me they are not sure and to call the dealer. This is just one incident there has been so many times I go in and they tell me wrong info or they just don't know. And that's why oriellys has all my business now.
Got me the info and parts I needed in and out in no time. Almost all the staff at this location are nice and professional. Rarely have to be in their longer than a few minutes.
Place nice clean mike runs this place great girls Lil loud but expected we need laugh and happiness but there's a time place for it but I give 7/10 here had all parts and Mike was very respectful helpful and hands on
Great service, check engine light came on during 10 hour long road trip from Delaware to Michigan. They helped me diagnose and purchase the part needed to have my mechanic put on. I was able to safely arrive in Michigan and return to Delaware, AWESOME!
I stopped in yesterday having some issues with my unique brake lines on my 52 Willys truck. The guys went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. Thanks guys!
Quality of service and employee knowledge is going down hill. It's a waste of time when my part is incorrectly ordered
Had to go to O'Reilly the guys behind the counter didn't have any idea what I was talking about.
Had a coolant hose break I went there and brought the hose to them. I even had a picture of where the part went and the lady running it couldnt figure out what kind of hose it was. She proceeded to tell me that she wasn't a mind reader and i had to know the name of the part or she couldn't help me. I have no idea why AutoZone employs people that do not know how to work on cars. I asked if there was somebody there who knew something more about car parts to which she responded I could take myself to another store if I didn't like it, so I did. I went to O'Reilly's and spent my money, was there only 5 minutes and they had my part ready and i had everything fixed 15 minutes later
