Worst experience ever and HORRIBLE customer service. Order a part because they didn’t have it in stock which was fine. Was told it would be in on Friday 21st. They lost the part. Supposed to over night it and still hasn’t even ship. When I voice this was not okay, the worker hung up on me. That worker should be fired. You don’t treat customers like that.
Got a battery there it was completely dead had to go back and get another one. What a pain.
Needed battery for rv.they helped me choose a battery.installed the battery and let me washer fluid was low.helped filled it up and we are on our way to camp

I bought wiper blades and bulbs for my taillight that was out. The young lady replaced both for me and I really appreciate their help at AutoZone! They are so helpful and friendly!
