Tristan at location at Evandale, Ohio is the best! This guy really hooked me up and saved my engine. He went above and beyond. The best service out of all locations I’ve ever been to. He deserves a raise!

Good, but a little slow in response especially in terms of checking customers out. I guess it's due to their being understaffed.
I had the BEST AutoZone experience! I worked with Tristan and he went above and beyond for me! He was very helpful and knowledgeable only being there a couple of weeks. He helped me with EVERY issue I had going on with my car that day.

I usually have good reviews, about places I go, but here today the doors was locked, they were letting certain people in then locking the doors back. I don't know what was going on. My van was overheating and needed antifreeze. I had to let it cool and luckily there was a pep boys across the street
Stopped in because the check engine light was on. The employee said they couldn't leave customers in the store alone to scan it. My husband and I were the only customers there. Literally no other cars even in the parking lot.
