AutoZone Auto Parts, West Chester Township OH

I've always had a good experience at AutoZone specially in this location. They seemed knowledgeable in there and are eager to help and they have a wide variety of parts and accessories.

Called to see if they had a part they said they have it, came in 10 mins later, they dont have it.

Gabe is amazing. He changed my battery and interacted with my very curious special needs child. He significantly lessened my stress and was jovial in the process. I will be back to this location again!

Jordan just helped me replace my battery! She was knowledgeable, efficient and did the work with a Can-Do attitude! Love to see more women in this work force! Thank you so much for taking care of this busy momma on the go! I will definitely be back!

Ran in with a sleeping baby after engine was in need of coolant. They came out to help me look at the problem, told me what I needed and even did it for me. I greatly appreciate all of their help!

Sales associate Ashley has so much knowledge on AutoZone products and what works well. Ashley also promotes sale/promotion items that are more cost effective to purchase. I appreciate Ashley at our 747AutoZone store 7944 union center Blvd.west Chester, u have to go there she is really good and have a lot of skills.

Neighbor contacted me this morning at 8: 30 am
to help him replace a battery in his Infinity, Had to remove alot of components around the windshield wipers, wiring harness, fuse panel to access battery. Then we took the 1 yr old battery back to AutoZone, they had no record of his purchase and it was a DURA LAST battery that came from that store.then after we drove back to install new battery, they sold him one similar with POSITIVE and NEGATIVE posts reversed positions, so we had take it back to get the correct one, Manager acted like OH! SO we told them wrong battery in the first place, but we had old battery with correct number from the car. No one Said Sorry or any Apologies at all.poor customer service!
