I don’t know what’s going on with Auto Zone but all the parts I’ve been getting from there have all been junk. I have went through four alternators. I was all John ride out the gate to starters was junk right out the gate I mean like seriously and then their ball joints are plastic now I mean seriously man like what a rip off. EDIT… auto zone has reached out to me and took care of me good way of taking care of you’re customers… it’s greatly appreciated.
Miss Barbara was absolutely amazing! She made sure to help me in every way she possibly could. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by everyone who had amazing customer service. This is the best location I’ve ever been to

I was driving my daughter to school when I realized my tire was fiat. I asked if they had air to which I was told no. Barbara the store employee offered me her personal air compressor. This is above and beyond excellent customer service and just being an overall kind woman!

Very ghetto rude rushed me out the store I was not done shopping also asked if they could diagnose my check engine light and they have every excuse first it was the system isn’t working for that then I come back and they don’t know how to reset the check engine light.

ere awesome and way more than helpful! They helped change the battery out for me when my car wouldnt start. After that they all went completely beyond their duties. Anything I needed was no problem and they were eager to help. Very attentive, helpful, friendly, and genuinely caring enough to make sure to take care of any issues to help me get back on the road! Truly the most pleasurable experience I've ever had in an auto parts store (which I'm usually made to feel like an idiot while they know it all!)
