I stopped into the Jefferson location with my 2014 Ford Escape with backup camera and radio not working for a free diagnostic plugin. 2 awesome boys found it was an $11 fuse that needed replaced.
I had been to 2 Ford dealers quoting $149 diagnostic charges.
These 2 boys were fantastic to work with and saved me money - THANK YOU!

My wife and I got an oil filter and jug of Castrol here after having a bad experience at the store in conneaut by 90 (left a 1 star review for that location.) This store is a little out of the way (why we didn't leave 5 stars instead of 4) and we wish our local location could have employees who are just as awesome and RESPECTFUL as the kind folks in Jefferson! Keep up your awesome efforts!
Update 12/04/22 Tried called yesterday and Today to place an order. Phone just rings. Perhaps yall should update the hours of operation.
Took forever to get a hose for my car. The kid maybe didn't know what he was looking for perhaps. Then I had to cut the hose myself. That was something else.
Salesman ignored me waited on every man that walked in after me instead of me! Prices are triple what they are at oriellys. Example- two pack of bulbs $16 same two pack at oriellys $3
