I'm about to switch to auto zone because advance auto are nothing but idiots that can't get a pick up order correct to save their lives. So by default I'm switching to auto zone.
I usually use the other auto parts store that is close by. The main reason for this is that this store I have been to a few times and even though they may not know exactly what location the item is located, they certainly won't bother coming out from behind their counter to look for you.
I'm a hands-on person and have worked retail for a number of years, and you provide the customer with more service by actually helping them instead of saying that it's over there somewhere! I won't stop again to interrupt them from staring at their phones.
Very friendly and very clean. Always helpful when I go in. Never any hassle like some other stores
