Ample confusion Overall part I ordered spoke with the person who said it was here. And naturally, that person isn't here and everybody's confused.
Both of my brake lights were out and I went in to purchase bulbs and to see if someone could install them for me since I am a putz with cars. Both older ladies looked less than enthusiastic but one went out and had me put my brakes on. She said it was an electrical problem and to call a garage. I went over to O'Reileys and they sold me the bulbs, put them in and my problem was solved. I will never shop at Auto Zone again.
Geez 2 times back to Autozone cause they can’t give you the correct rotors and brake pads? That’s not good! Pay attention Autozone employees! This is not good!
Wonderful service! My husband couldn't get my wiper blades on. Although we bought them at another auto zone, the young man in Ravenna snapped them right on for me, with a smile on his face!
Austin F.helped us replace our headlights. We were under the impression that a whole new wiring harness would be needed. But Austin was able to figure it out!
