AutoZone Auto Parts reviews
19Too crowded and most of the people where just hanging out they're not buying anything the place it's just small and not as good as any other auto parts store in the city even other autozones are better I suggest going to the one off Mitchell exit
These guys were awesome: they listened effectively to my problem, even though the store was very busy, and provided two excellent solutions for me. I never felt rushed or like I was being a burden, and I appreciated their kindness a lot. This is my new favorite auto parts store.
Waited more than ten minutes to get service at the register. At least two workers wandering around oblivious to customers. Another customer eventually sold me a gal of antifreeze from his trunk. Also, this location says they no longer loan tools-due to people not returning them. Poorly managed location.
The women there dont want to help you they are afraid to go outside in the cold
As soon as you done paying for your stuff no help again they all say no before the question is ask. Did AutoZone change their helpful policy
Surprisingly a female that worked there help me find the correct oil my husband sent me to get. She was friendly.
You've got to be kidding me. This place probably goes counter intuitive to the corporate look and feel. The young lady who clearly let's everyone know she's the manager probably needs a different assignment. Yelling at customers seems off, but then again maybe it's their way of doing business.
The staff member was ghetto she didn't know what to do bad service i wouldn't recommend their security guard wasn't doing his job just flirting with customers and staff
They provide free car diagnostic. Which is good. Also, the service persons are very generous and they will answer all of your questions with patience.
Absoutely horrible. Customer service sucks. Waited in line for 45 minutes to buy a battery. Go to another one fellas. Not worth it.
Long waits, awful customer service, staff has no working knowledge of products. May never go again!
The perfect place to go if you know nothing about cars but still want to be the smartest person in the room.
I just ran in to check the price on something, but they were out of stock. I really didn't want to stay for them to check because 9 times out of 10, if it's not on the shelf, they don't have it. But the guy insisted (guess he was bored!) And of course, they didn't have it. Out of stock.so total waste of time for me. Lol
Service was very bad it was only three people and the lady behind the counter finish helping a person check out and just left me standing.
The clerk did not respond when I spoke to her, she only shook her head and pointed to where I needed to go. Then the older guy there did not know what pliers were and they did not have any. No help what so ever. Worst one I've ever been to.
They usually always have what I want, but the employees usually are unfortunately unprofessional, it seems like they always have better things to do than answer your question or check you out.
So rude! We are out of town and just had a simple question about our tire. They were so rude about it. Not helpful at all!
I like Auto Zone better than Advanced Auto because they give you a print out with your diagnostics scan. Advanced just tells you the codes or tells you to get a piece of paper and write them down. This is very inconvenient and not the best customer service. The Representative should write it down for you.
If there was a zero star option I would’ve picked that one. I waited in line and was overlooked by not one, not two but three employees, including the manager Marlo. You guys should be ashamed of your customer service. I will never be back.
