The store manager (Kevin) was very rude and unprofessional. I needed help with a simple serpentine belt for 02 Ford Focus. I had just bought the belt at this store hours earlier, I had it in my hand! This thug! That’s Kevin tells me he can’t retrieve information about the belt that’s in my hand if I don’t know the liters of my cars engine. The nerve of this punk. Then he try’s to act as if I’m yelling at him through my virus mask. Anyway, he would not take back my items because my receipt was sent to my email. I had to go all the way home get my phone and return to the store. All I wanted was to ask some questions about the belts I bought. Instead I was belittled by a rude little man. I will go two blocks further to advanced auto from now on!

Call AutoZone to get a part for my car the worker was rude disrespectful and he hung up on me when I was get him to price a part for my car I would never ever come to the AutoZone and buy nothing

The staff was not wearing masks properly and was rude and unfriendly. When asking about the piece I picked up and how to use it the clerk handed to me and said read the directions and walked off. Cashier was even ruder.

What the retail is closed permanently. That's crazy. That's the best part of the business. I predict your business will be closed within 6 month to one year. Because your business now lookd dead! Say bye bye to it.

I like Autozone, it's a one stop shop for all you need for your car, you get free engine checks, lots of freebies (buy 1 or 2 and get a third free) however some things can be pricey when compared to your regular walmart or target store. So you can compare prices, the advantage of using autozone over other stores is you get professional advice on what to buy for your car or where to get the best car services.

Seems every single time I visit Autozone store the employees are always in a rush never take time to actually just smile and im always given either the wrong part or given a bad part that i end up returning not once but up to 3 to 4 times when i finally have enough and just go to O Riley's like i should have done from the start!

It was a good experience. They were able to find me the part I needed. Crew is great, especially the one girl who works up there took personal interest in helping us because we had the wrong designation for the part and had tried every option. She pulled other options using different trims and it turned out we were asking for the wrong part. I appreciate such fine custoner service.

No complaints this time. The product that was needed was available and it was the correct one. Store was clean, products nicely on shelves, and the price was good.

AutoZone associates have been very friendly and helpful. Tommy was practically by himself though and he apologized that it took a little longer to replace the battery which is under warranty.

Stopped by this evening to get my battery checked & although the male employee that assisted was friendly, he didn't know what he was doing. He didn't know which battery post was which, seemed to be fumbling with buttons on the machine & told me my battery was fine & that the issue was the starter. Went to another location & was told my battery was at 0% & that the issue was the alternator. Won't be back to this location & this used to be my go-to for car parts.

Unprofessional staff and poor management. They all seem too put out to even feign interest in assisting customers - and I'm talking about just ringing up their purchases at the register.t's like going to the BMV. And if you have an issue with anything they sell you, forget about it, once they make a sale they don't care about customer service on it at all. Have had this stuff happen enough times with this location to the point that I steer clear them entirely now.

Prior to making a trip to the store I called to get their store hrs. The employees were actually yelling at one another while I was on the phone. On top of them not being professional, there was so much commotion in the store, that I couldn't even hear the employee. We arrived at the store, walked in & there stood the employees, behind the counter, still arguing about something. And in My opinion, not even paying attention to the customers. Oh yea also, there was some sort of God Awful Smell.

If the employee knows what they are doing you will get the correct part. The guy who helped me was awesome. And because of him I'm giving 4 stars. But the one night I went in there it was about 11pm and there was 3 workers and 1 other customer. Only coming in for an adjustable wrench it should have been in and out but these clowns was ignoring me and 1 guy was helping the only other customer and then a second employee looked at me then walked towards other customer and avoided me. The third guy started walking towards the back of the store knowing I was waiting to cash out. Maybe they don't like white dudes who knows so I just left. After putting wrench back afterwards obviously.

Stood at checkout line for 5 mins before staff helped. People were walking directly to parts counter, and being checked out. Purpose of checkout counter, is just that, Checkout! Purpose of parts counter, is just that, to get parts!
