Avalon Country Club - Squaw Creek, Vienna OH

We had our son's wedding here on October 28th. Amanda, the event planning coordinator was phenomenal! There was great communication and everything was done to make our son's special day a success! The food was fantastic and the bar and banquet staff went over and above! Thank you for helping us have the best day with wonderful memories!

8 golfers drove 1.5 hours to play Squaw Creek for the first time and all 8 of us said what a fun golf course to play. Even though the course was extremely wet from bad storms the night before, it was in great condition. Please give yourself a treat and play Avalon at Squaw Creek or any of the Avalon courses. You will want to play them again.

Nice club and very friendly staff. It would be great to see a small gym, and perhaps something the other clubs do not have, such as a volleyball court, tennis court, etc.

4.5 tee boxes need a little TLC great course, hats off to the grounds keepers now get on the sand traps! I know it rained

Nice course. Difficult but with some unfair holes with trees protecting some pin positions. Service is terrible. Worst ever. No bag boy help with anything. Ranger asked us to tip the bag boys but they were just standing around. Ponds are all choked with algae. Slow play due to groups in front of us but the ranger never came around.

Four couples played Squaw Creek and then stayed for dinner, great day, great course and good food and service.

Private course that allows select public play. Country club conditions, super fast greens, A definite 2 thumbs up!

Had my wedding reception in the ballroom and everything was perfect! The staff helped set up and tear down everything. The food was delicious and my coordinator Amanda made sure everything was the way I wanted it! The evening was everything I imagined.

I always wanted to play this course and had the opportunity to at last and it didn't disappoint. The course is groomed with a fine tooth comb and the greens are the most pristine I've ever 3 putted (4 putted).

Fairways could’ve been in better shape, very nice course, I would like to return when everything is green

Awesome golf course! Was really wet, understandably with the recent rain but would expect a course of that caliber to have better drainage and take the water a little better. Some of the tee boxes were a little beat up and uneven. Other than that, it was a beautiful, challenging course. Definitely need to plan each shot carefully if you want to score well. The greens are pretty good size and roll true. They were immaculately manicured. Probably the best I've ever 3 putted on. Would like to try it again when the weather is more ideal.

Great place to eat, drink, or golf! If your a member, you get to enjoy these great amenities on a beautiful landscape!

Went there for a good time but. The mower guy followed us for 6 holes till I asked him to skip a hole then he said he was done. But 6 straight holes with mower following u sucks! Then after 9 holes the young girl told me she just threw all the hot dogs away. It was 3: 30 on a Monday. So I could get no food at all unless I waiting 25 min at the turn. Come on! For 125$ for 18 holes I expected way more than that. WILL NOT RETURN!
