Aveda by Pure Concept Salon + Spa, Mason OH

Aveda has been a great place for hair cut and stylists, profesional stylist take care of my daughter’s hair, however I’m disappointed at how with the new safety protocols they have decreased the level of service (they do not blow dry or style your hair) and have added a sanitizing fee that they apply to you as a costumer, result? Less service and increased price!
Not a good way to return to business in my opinion. They are many other salons that have kept the same service and have taken great safety measures without charging more to costumers, we won’t come back.

I have had emergencies and long work hours and they always accommodate me. Allison does an amazing job on my blonde highlights and lowlights and cut. It looks so natural I don’t have “quarantine hair! ” I need a cut for sure but I have been fine. I love their huge selection of products. I worked nearby and forgot my make up, hairspray brush etc and I walked over and they hooked me up. Front desk always friendly, I never wait. The process doesn’t take all day abd the price is more than fair!

Well. Only marked 4 stars. Daughter loves her cut. Mom doesn't care for it.lmao.can't please everyone.:)

I called because I happened to be in the area and I was in need of a haircut.they were able to get me in take care of what I needed and for a reasonable price. Olivia was great!

I've been to several AVEDA salons throughout the years and they never disappoint-Pure Concepts is no different! Shyanne did my hair and did an AMAZING job. Everyone there was so sweet and I look forward to returning in the future.

I highly recommend Ashley K. She has been cutting and coloring my hair for years and I have always loved it. This past time I was really unhappy with my haircut so I called Ashley on a Saturday and let her know. She was super nice and fit me in first thing Monday morning. She worked and worked on it until I was happy. Now I love my cut! Thank you so much Ashley.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Allison did exactly what I asked. My hair was pretty damaged and goofy looking before my appointment. She did a highlight, low light, cut and style. I showed her a picture and she did a very detailed consultation with me, verifying what shades I want and how I like to style my hair. I am very pleased, and I am a picky person. Reasonable prices too.

Anne is the best. We've been coming here for years and she had always taken care of our needs and kept us in style through the years. The salon itself has undergone several minor changes through the years and the owners maintain the facility very well. Every visit is a treat with a mini facial and scalp massage along with your shampoo, cut, and style.

The salon and their produtos are very good! But unfortunately the employees are always in bad mood! I tried 3 times to make sure because i won’t be unfair on my review.

I was very much satisfied by my experience here. I had a haircut appointment. I was new to this place and wanted to try out on this one. Kayala was my hair stylist and she did a great job with my hair. First, she made me comfortable by going through what i am looking for, which style would look good on me and all. She was knowledgeable and offered great service. I also liked the complimentary massage and facial. Will definitely come back to this place.

This place is so nice! Mike was so sweet and he did a great job cutting my hair! And the receptionist was really nice. If you’ve never been you should really try it out! Today was my first time here and I’ll definitely be back.

Lindsey is fantastic. I have been getting my hair cut and highlighted by her for about 4 years (even drastic cuts to donate hair 2 times). She really listens to what I have in mind and works with me to create a style I love. Highly recommend.

First highlights in my life - everything went smoothly and the result is satisfying. It took me 2 hr for coloring, prices I think around in the middle.

SHENAE WAS AWESOME! This was my first time at this Salon and with Shenae but she did a great job. A mini massage, mini facial, hair cut and style! She did a lovely job. I will for sure be back!

Was in over the weekend and had partial highlights done for the third time with Nikki! She is awesome, the salon is clean and friendly and I always walk out feeling great and valued! Nikki will have my business for a long time!
