Overall had a great experience at the Institute today. Emma L. Was great. Very thorough and detailed. She always checked with me about water temperature and also explained what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. I didn't give 5 stars because it did take a really long time.which I was somewhat prepared for. I booked my highlight and haircut appointment back to back and I booked online. The time blocked off for the appointments was around 3 hrs I think. It actually took 6 hrs. But can't beat the price!

Madalyn R.did my full highlights and my hair came out better than anything I could've expected. She was very nice and funny, and she made me feel really comfortable. I will be going back to her again.

This was my 1st visit to Aveda. Everyone was very friendly and quick to make sure I was comfortable
Check in was easy and I was immediately seated at my chair
Stevie was amazing, she asked questions to make sure I was happy and she knew exactly what to do
She cut my hair exactly as I wanted and made it a very fun time
Her teacher came around frequently to check on things and also pitched in with ideas
I felt very cared for and pampered
My experience was amazing and I can't wait to go back

I booked with Andraena Kelley for shampoo + flat iron w/ curls and I had such a great experience! She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She made sure I was comfortable and made sure that we were on the same page with my hair. You can tell that she’s really passionate about this field. She was very open to any advice and feedback that her instructor gave and she kept a positive attitude. I definitely would book again and I recommend anyone to book with her
