It's not clean, the carpet is so worn down that there is holes from it being there son long. Duck tape on the floors. Patio doors has water entering the building. Paint chipped walls worn down wood frames. Some of the staff just look at you won't speak. It looks so desolate and just awful.
I don't blame the staff I blame the owners. You wouldn't want your family members living in a place that's not welcoming. How do you think thr people working and living there feel. Feel as if there not wanted. Need to get your place in order.
