Not a good place to live when it comes to Hilliard. Use to be nice not some much these days

I don't even let my kids play outside here. There's always cops around for one reason or another and always sketchy people prowling the complex. The association does nothing about the crime that occurs, does no snow removal, yet will threaten to fine you if you leave your trash can at the curb one day past trash pick up. I was so excited to move to Hilliard but honestly, I hate this place and can't wait to move. When my previous neighbor was evicted they came back a few weeks later and attempted to burn their/My building down and nothing was ever done about it. Ridiculous.
