I find it hard to believe that people who have likely never received care here take the time to degrade a facility because they don't agree with the opinions of one doctor. Thank you Dr. Lutter for the work that you do. Many patients prefer and seek medical professionals who honor and respect the dignity of human life - I just hope this facility is one that recognizes that.

Dr. Lutter is a proud Anti Choice doctor, who attends said rallies in her white coat, and Avina has chosen to stand by her side, against women. Despicable of a Women’s Healthcare Facility.

Stay away from Dr. Lutter, she was at an anti choice rally and cannot be trusted with your care.

Avoid this place at all cost, they are affiliated with doctors that proudly voice anti choice propaganda. Dr Kathleen Lutter is willing to risk her patients safety and freedom of choice due to her conservative, christian, extremist views.

This facility knowingly hires and retains anti-choice physicians, including Kathleen Lutter. She will sacrifice her patients health outcomes in favor of her own Christian fundamentalist perspective. Under the do no harm philosophy, this facility chooses to put women in harms way with their hiring choices. Shame on them!

This practice employs providers that are against reproductive rights. Dr. Lutter should not be employed in the medical field and she certainly shouldn’t be an OB/GYN.

I will never go back to Dr. Krantz. I went in as a new patient yesterday. I’m 38 years old. The muscular cramps were so bad during my last cycle it through my back out (literally shifted my spine and pelvis). He told me the only thing that could cause this type of pain was if blood backed up into my stomach. Incorrect. I know it has to do w the muscles in my pelvis. I told him it feels like Braxton hicks, possibly my psoas muscle. The appointment was for an ultrasound. He repeatedly told me I did not have an ultrasound scheduled, and I had to press to get an ultrasound even though on the phone the nurse assured me this was the best course of action. Once I got into the ultrasound the nurse was kind and after talking through my issues said I likely need an MRI to show the skeletal muscular structure to further evaluate the problem. After the ultrasound Krantz offered no insight into what was causing my pain and instead told me people with real back problems can’t get an MRI. I certainly wasn’t going to get one. Also there was no soap in the bathroom. I was given no sticker or even a pen to write my name on the pee cup and couldn’t properly wash my hands after. All around worse gyno experience I’ve ever had!

Dr. Amber Murphy Mack changed my life from planning for a family to the safe delivery of our first child. I remember sitting with Dr. Murphy after a year of trying for a baby and she reassured me that everything will be ok and was the most supportive obgyn doctor I’ve ever had. Four months later I was pregnant and Dr. Murphy was supportive and informative at every appointment. She took the time to understand my fears, concerns, and made the best medical decisions for my safety. I thank Dr. Amber Murphy Mack for everything and making our dream of being parents come true. The office staff is accommodating and locations convenient. I highly recommend Dr. Amber Murphy Mack at Avina Women’s Care Polaris/Westerville and Dublin locations.
