Avis Car Rental, Fairlawn OH

Ern has flipped me from Enterprise to Avis! I own a small business and for the past 5 years I was loyal to Enterprise and even a Gold member. Last year was the big switch to Avis. By far the best customer service, if that particular store Diane have it he’ll call around and make it happen. I’m now a preferred plus!

Highly recommend this location for convenience, price, and most importantly… amazing service!

Poor customer service. This gentleman at the front desk doesn't want to rent it out to corporates, rather as a corporate it should have been even better customer service. May they aren't used to corporate customers, in that case they seriously need some education and training.

This gentleman wasn't ready to honor the online booking and creating all kinds of hassle and putting conditions, seriously?

Only reason I went there is due to the location and being open on a Sunday. Need to think again before renting from this place. It may only be this gentleman, Avis needs to fix this sooner to avoid unsatisfied customers.

This place is the best! Clean, new, great cars and the service is very professional and friendly!

My wife called to address a problem today September 9 2023.
Around 11: 15 a m The guy who answered was rude and not helpful at all. This is the second time this guy was rude to my wife. It won't happen again. 3900 West market fairlawn Ohio is the location we called

Can’t be happier with the service I received at this location. Ernest was super helpful both when picking up and dropping off. The car was a high quality 2023 that was clean and perfect for our trip. We didn’t want to give it back!

Not a good location to rent especially if you are using any employer benefit.
I have bene there June 17th (12: 45-1: 00pm) 2023.
The representative firstly though that i will be using the car for Amazon deliveries just because i have used an AWD given by my employer. After convincing him i am not a delivery guy he said “this is not the price everybody pays to rent a car here” and so he cannot give me a car. I had to book at different location, take an uber till there and pick up a car with the same employee discount. It costed extra time and an unacceptable inconvenience from AVIS. I have been a preferred member for some time now and have never faced this issue across any location. Such bad customer experience here.
The representative needs have proper information before handling customers.

The location on 3900 w Market owned by Brad was a lifesaver this morning. Incredible top notch service!

Car available at pick up was nothing like that which was reserved, and it got stuck in a trivial amount of snow on a flat road, causing me to cancel travel plans. Completely unacceptable.

The service was very bad, I didn't have the opportunity to choose the car and to make matters worse, after getting the car key, the employee said: go to the parking lot and press the alarm button and you will see which car is yours.
As for the vehicle: it had a very strong cigarette odor and there were remnants of packaging on the supports.

Avis in Fairlawn is always a great experience they are always so friendly and kind. Only place I rent from in Akron, Oh
