Avita Health System - Ontario Pharmacy

The pharmacy staff has really gone above and beyond to help me manage both my husband and my RX as well as my parents. Jen and Michael have taken time to answer all my questions and even notify me of issues with over the counter medicine that could be causing issues. I'm very happy with my Avita pharmacy

Hi. Getting shots in both arms is not my idea of fun. Fortunately the young lady giving those shots, Caitlin, helped me forget why I was there. She has an infectious smile and is easy to talk with. In fact, she laughed at all my silly jokes. As a tech, I hope she goes for a Pharm D in the future. Avita is fortunate to have pulled her from the limited labor force.

I have never experienced such an easy way to refill prescriptions. They are friendly and super fast! Best pharmacy around.

Ignored completely. See why there was no one in here. How rude. I walked to the counter 4 times and neither girl working could even speak. When you are with sick kids you don't have time for nonsense I'll stick where I get greeted by my name

Very good service was helpful looking up information on my missing prescription and the wait time was short. I appreciate how kind and caring the service was.

The pharmacist rechecked the copay charge between my insurance and the Copay discount with manufacturer, and got it down from $50 to $25 for my out of pocket! They are all always helpful and friendly!

The drive-thru line was very busy, so I went inside. I was able to get my prescription very quick. Staff was very friendly.

Extremely friendly staff with quick service. The prescriptions for my daughter were ready in 10 mins after her urgent care visit. Very convenient location as well, with drive through option.
