Love love love my chairs. I bought this and two other different sets. All arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Assembly instructions were very easy. It arrived on time for a family gathering and the seats were comfortable and firm. I got so many compliments.

We ordered custom sofa in March and they promised delivery by end of May or early June, we are in July now and there is no communication on the status of delivery!

While the chairs and dining set I bought look very nice my experience with this company has been awful. After purchasing, it arrived with some minor damage and dings and absolutely no hardware, which took them an extra week to get to me. Not a big deal but very inconvenient especially for the price I paid.

Fast forward 7-8 months and despite rarely being used (we tend eat at the couch) the chair backs continually loosen and need to be tightened and then one of the chairs collapses and breaks underneath a guest, of which couldn’t have weighed more than 130 pounds. Luckily she was okay, but the chair completely snapped. A week or so later, another chair creaks underneath me and I feel it start to come apart and I was able to stand up before I fall. I am certain that I assembled correctly, leaving only the quality of the product to be at fault.

I tried to give the benefit of the doubt as occasionally faulty products happen, so I reached out to the salesman about the damage and my experience, hoping for some sort of resolution. That was over a month ago and I still haven’t had a response. I have also attempted to call the store repeatedly over the past month, and have never once gotten through. I am always forwarded to the voice mail box. It is impossible for me to reach anyone there or talk to a manager. Considering I paid hundreds of dollars for this furniture, I except it to last longer than 6-9 months. Now I have a unusable dining set, out of fear of someone getting hurt.

Don’t spend your money here. Go somewhere that won’t sell you a faulty product and take your money and run.

Recently I bought some items of living room furniture from Avrs Furniture. I wanted to update my living room according to a modern setup. Literally, I found the best quality of luxury pieces from AVRS. Their prices are so reasonable. I am truly satisfied with the quality.

The single star is bc I loved the table. However, when I contacted Arvs Furniture about defects on the table top, I was instructed to send photos. When I complied, I was offered 2 options. 1 being a partial refund or 2, replace the table. After too many days, I was told I could only get a $20 refund. B4 purchasing, I read reviews, so I felt confident that I was dealing with a responsible business. When I told Avrs that I wanted a replacement, I was told that that would not happen. A return label was offered along with a refund, is too much hardship for this 70 year old woman, who already paid $60 to have it assembled, and would have to pay money again to have it disassembled, buy a large enough carbon and packing materials, as well as schlep it to shipping Iocation. In addition, I would not have a dining set in my kitchen. Buyers be cautious.
