AZEK Building Products, Wilmington OH

My husband is a truck driver, I went with him to deliver machinery to Timbertech also known as Azek. The staff were very friendly to both of us and very accommodating. They have a lot of good people working in their shipping and receiving department. They were able to get us in and unloaded pretty quick. They really know the true meaning of teamwork. If anyone reads this who is a truck driver, and you have to either pick up or deliver, this rating is for you. We were provided a lot to spend the night across the street from the facility. The lot is a nice sized lot, it has a roll off container for garbage, a portolet, and sits within walking distance of a bank and restaurants. Again the staff are very friendly. Overall it's a nice facility.

If there is zero star option i will give zero star to this location i came around 12: 30 pm and now its 10: 00 pm o’clock still i am waiting for my turn to load!

Got there at 2: 30pm. Had a 4: 00pm appointment. Left at 10: 30pm.with no load. They would not answer the phone when I tried to check on their progress. I was running out of hrs and had to bail on the load and deadhead 8 hrs home.

Call in ahead, check in.

This place does not do appointments.

They make them and don't care. Guys with later appointments will get in and out.

Call check in, and expect to be here all day.

First of all, this place is on a posted rd. ONLY enter from the Lowes side. Make sure you pull into the staging area next to Lowes and call shipping. THAT IS THE ONLY WAY THEY LET YOU CHECK IN. What good are appts when they can't even keep them. When you do enter just drive around the entire facility and a forklift operator will direct you. Shipping office is at the exit.

Get there 30 minutes before my appointment

Wait several hours to finally get loaded

See others local trucks come in and out the parking lot

They don't care about you.
No respect for appointment.

I will never come back

This place is the worst place ever. My driver was waiting 23hrs to get loaded. Never go there to get loaded.

You will wait there for hours to be loaded it’s not worth it go somewhere else look at other comments and reviews they are so disorganized it affects the driver And you’re the one that has to pay for it

Quick load, shipper tarped the load for me, just had to bungee it down. 1 hour in and out, parked overnight in their staging area. Had Starbucks in the morning across the street. Good overall experience I appreciate it!

Been here 6 times every person I delta with are polite. Would be 5 stars but some corners are pretty tight with a long truck

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The woman working in the receiving office at 575 Lowe's drive needs to be fired. I have never been treated so poorly by a receiver in my entire time as a driver. The woman rudely told me I was in the wrong place before slamming the window shot in my face. This was after being treated poorly the entire time before she got to telling me I was in the wrong place.
