Unprofessional and incompetent staff. Great place if you enjoy being herded in and treated like cattle. A staff member called and left a message to call back but didn't leave their name for who to ask for. I called back and got to experience several rude staff members until they found the correct one who called. Also this office wants to you come back to discuss medical results even though you have them posted through My Chart. The best part is they bill your insurance company to read to you the results when you come in and offer nothing further. Complete waste of time for the patient but just so they can make more money its great for them. The nurse "filling in for the doctor" was a complete joke. Google was more helpful. I'd like to know how many malpractice suits have been brought against this so called medical practice.

Dr. Nalluri took me on as her patient while i was very far into my first pregnancy. She was pleasant, attentive, and very supportive.she delivered my second also and the experience was the same. She is the best OB in that area in my opinion.

Wish I could give a zero star! Lazy receptionists who are just plain right ignorant and shouldn’t have jobs around people. As far as the appointment scheduling goes, don’t expect to get anything soon for important issues. You only get to see the doctor if you wait longer than the normal visit. They usually just stick you with a nurse instead. Your better off without a doctor than you are going to this awful place!

The staff was nice, but the Doctor was awful. I did as she said and instead of going through with a c-section I was induced. She promised I wouldn’t be stuck waiting all day and that I would have my new baby before Lunch time.
I arrive at 7am, my body was ready to go around 3pm. I only needed for someone to break my water. No one came to break my water and my body stopped reacting to the medicine. The staff had to reintroduce my body to the medicine again. So around 7pm same thing the contractions were spaced 2 mins apart and I needed someone to break my water. No one came. I cried the entire day and was in so much pain. I didn’t give birth till 11: 43pm.yes nearly 17 hours later.

I was humiliated because the nurses had to come check me almost every hour. I don’t like having people near my lower region unless they have to be there. My anxieties were through the roof. I was in so much pain the entire day and had an awful recovery. I couldn’t walk for nearly a month afterwards. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
The doctor lied for weeks. Reassured me that my fears would not come true and every single one did by her hands. Not only that but she induced and did one other c sections on the same day so she scheduled 3 patients the same day at the same time.

Dr Nalluri is a wonderful doctor and her staff is amazing! Always feel welcomed when I walk in and everyone is so nice!

Dr Nalluri and her entire staff is amazing! I switched from another OBGYN to her and I couldn't be happier. She delivered my son in February. I really recommend the nurse practitioner Cici as well! Such a sweetheart and really listens to all of your concerns. I would really recommend to anyone and so glad I found them!

She is wonderful she delivered my youngest daughter. Best in the mahoning area and office staff is amazing

Dr Nalluri is literally the best. She has been my Dr for a long while and I just love her and all of the girls that work in her office. Each person there made me feel so supported and cared about. Even after the birth, everyone showed genuine interest in me and the baby. I cannot recommend Dr Nalluri and she staff enough.

First visit and very pleased with experience. Dr. Nalluri is very friendly and welcoming. She got right to my gynecologic issues and got started figuring out what was going on. The staff is very friendly and quick. Glad I made the appointment. My friends recommended her.
