Customer service and as mentioned knowledge of their products. They are patient when you have questions and once you have made a purchase they are available for questions. Don’t buy Lowes or Home Depot. Take the time to go to Bairs.

Snowblower has finally been fixed correctly compared to other company next door. Now if they only were a simplicity dealer I wouldn't have to go anywhere else.

I went to this store looking for a Stihl blower. I had a very helpful gentleman that showed me all the blowers and explained the differences in them. The prices are the same as box stores. I would recommend this store to anyone!

Bought my zeroturn, chainsaw and weed whip
Here. Took my chainsaw in because I was having trouble getting it running, it's only a year old, put new mix in and still couldn't get it started. I was told that repairs are 3 weeks out, they couldn't be bothered to help me. I said I guess I'm just out of luck and they responded " guess so"
Took the saw to another shop and they got it running and then refused any payment!

When you only sell lawn and garden and need to compete against the big chain stores making the customers first goes a long way, well not with these guys.
