Bakers Square, Mentor OH

My only minor concern was regarding the dining room, which had a faint moldy odor. Nevertheless, the service was prompt, and our server displayed great professionalism and friendliness. I opted for the avocado chicken sandwich paired with crispy, perfectly-cooked fries that stole the show. While the chicken avocado sandwich could have used a touch more seasoning, I still enjoyed it for its $11.75 price tag. Unfortunately, I was too full for dessert or their pies, but I couldn't help but notice their Wednesday special offering free pie with an entree. It looks like I have a date planned for an upcoming Wednesday to indulge in a slice of pie. Overall, my visit was worthwhile, and I intend to return.

The serving staff is amazing! Politeness, fast, friendly, the food is delicious! All around great place! The pies are yummy, too!

The 3 of us were returning home from our beautiful 3 day convention in Cleveland and just needed a light meal. Our waitress, Madison, went out of her way to accommodate us. She even made me a special little salad along with the delicious tomato basil soup. The 2 other meals were yummy and well presented. (Yes, we did have pie) Thanks Madison for taking such good care of us!

Just stopped in to get a slice of pie. It had been years since I went there. There was a limited selection of pies not like what they used to have. Slice was really small for $5.25.

The staff members who cut and package the pies don't wear gloves or wash their hands. Do with that information what you will.

Placed an order for delivery.
No utensils were given.
No refund for the unavailable apple pie was given.
Hot chocolate was cold and powdery
Eggs are wet and potatoes were either burnt or wet.
Chocolate chip pancakes tell for itself.
Food was cold and not up to expectations.

I love the food here.the pies! OHHH the pies bring me back to childhood. Bakers square has been around a long time.

The food was very good. We didn't get pie because it just cost so much. Our server was friendly, until these guys she wanted to flirt with came in. At that point, she pretty much gave us the bare minimum of service and parked herself at their table. It was ver close to our table, so we were able to see what was going on. She worked it though, she got the digits, lol.

Free Pie Wednesday! Worth it! Delicious pies and great menu with a good variety of selections. Also whole pies to go!

I've been to this place twice; both times for breakfast and the food is amazing!
The first time I went about a month ago, everything was great, even the service from a waitress who was "in training. "
The second time, it took a while before I was waited on after being seated. I was eventually waited on by a server, I'm assuming, wasn't supposed to be mine, and the service was great. The food was messed up and had to be re-made, but it didn't take long. They weren't busy.maybe just an "off" day like everyone has.

It seems like the recipes for the Pies and cheese cake has been changed. I use to enjoy them but they have a weird texture and taste now.

I will not be returning. The waitress was good but it took quite a while to get our food. For the prices they are charging, I can go just about anywhere else and receive better food. Even the pie isn't as good as it used to be.

Banana cream pie was not good. Crust doughy and pie was bland tasting. Third time I tried their pies and they are not the same unfortunately
