16App doesn't work and you can't place an order online. Tried to go to the building itself and there is no parking. Super disappointing.
Food was on point. I visited before covid and made another stop today. Great to see them back.

Maybe it's the way of the future but you order your food strictly through computers and they don't even take cash I might be old school but cash is King so I won't be going there anytime soon
Food is great and the bubble tea is wonderful. I travel for work though, and this place never prints receipts at their kiosks. I have to then ask for a receipt and wait. This is a silly hassle for both me and the employees. Print the receipts please.
Absolutely fresh and delicious Asian fusion dishes. Do not go here if you’re looking for a quick lunch or are short on time. Will definitely eat here again though!
Lady there was so rude with a attitude and she was wearing a hair clip and a gold chain. Bubble tea was good. But waited 25 minutes for a bowl I have only an hour for lunch. Won’t be coming back any time soon. I work in the food industry and as a server I would never treat a customer with such attitude.

Ordered the trio tacos, one of the tacos came with 2 little pieces of chicken and a handful hard noodles. Called to get a refund and they said they would. The refund never came. Thanks for charging $10 for some noodles then lying about it!
I do doordash for you guys and one thing I really like is that you guys sealed the drinks plus services always fast and workers are friendly.
I love the food but the service is Terrible especially the bubble tea lady she always has an attitude the system of skipping in store customers to do door dash first is horrible we wait 30 min every time and are literally the only 2 people in the restaurant. In store customers should come first 25 min for a tea while she does doordash first? Come on guys please fix it! The food is great! Whoever the tea girl is fix her attitude!
Four star bowl and creamy wontons were delicious! Loved the rasberry bubble tea too! Quick and friendly service!
The Nuts4Pao dish is my go to favorite here. All of their food is amazing. Fresh. Savory and delightful. I can't recommend Balance enough. My late friend introduced me to this place and it has been a favorite for years.
This place was good in the first few months it was open but it's gone down hill. The past 3 orders have been wrong. It's very frustrating because the wrong sauce or veggie can really make for a disgusting bowl. The errors always seem to happen during the week after 6 pm. Please train your staff better.
Spectacular atmosphere! The employees were well informed and made great suggestions. They were very patient with us as we were out of town, will go back when back in town.
