Our kids go to Greenhouse and we could not be happier! They love their time there and the specialized programs like nature day or water Wednesday’s in the summer. Bri and the entire admin staff is great along with all the teachers. Their kitchen turns out high quality meals and snacks for the kids and we’ve even done some dinners to go which were great.

So glad we chose Balanced Family Academy!

We have been with BFA since our daughter was 11 weeks old (now 3 and 1/2!) and I cannot say enough positive things about this daycare. I was a complete wreck the first week I dropped her off and every teacher and admin was so great bout communicating everything I needed to hear. They completely understand that they are watching YOUR child and how YOU feel about the care YOUR child is given is so important as a parent. They don't take it lightly and I am BEYOND grateful for the care and support we have received. The teachers have been so wonderful and really engage with and teach the kiddos. They are also SO GREAT at communicating during the day through the App. That's been a lifesaver for us during big transitions with our daughter. It's a HUGE plus that they provide diapers for when the kiddos are younger and meals! Every meal, snack and drink - this was a huge incentive for us. So helpful during the week to have one less thing to worry about bringing into daycare! I also feel like I haven't seen a lot of turnover - which speaks volumes for how the teachers are treated. And, it gives us peace of mind about the consistency of the staff. Now, we see so many familiar faces every day as our daughter graduates to the next class and it's awesome. We feel such a strong connection and a lot of trust!

Our kiddos have been at BFA for 4 years and we LOVE it there! I can’t say enough good things. The teachers are amazing and the entire staff is so friendly. They do amazing activities. I love the updates and pictures they send throughout the day…they feel like our family and I always know my kids are happy and safe. I would never choose to send my kids anywhere else!

We cannot say enough good things about Balanced Family Academy in Upper Arlington. We've had our children their for nearly 5 years and have been so pleased with how much they have learned and grown. The staff and teachers are always kind and greet us with a smile each day at pick up and drop off. The programs they provide give our kiddos exposure to such great concepts like exploring nature, enjoying music and appreciating exercise with jump bunch. The healthy meals they provide the kids takes a layer of stress out of our daily lives too! We highly recommend BFA in UA and will really miss it once our kids are grown and onto Elementary school.

My daughter attends the Treehouse and we feel very much at home! Her teachers are so welcoming every morning. It is so wonderful to see my daughter run into the school becuase she is so excited to start her day. As a parent I couldn't ask for a better management team! They are always on top of communication and make me feel at ease that they will take care of her just as I would while i'm at work! We absolutely love it here!

We absolutely love it here. The teachers and staff are amazing, and do such a great job teaching and caring for our kids! We love the curriculum, the food, the take home dinner options, and especially the entire staff. Highly recommend.

Being a first time parents comes with a ton of unknowns so when we had multiple friends recommend BFA, we quickly jumped on an opening! It’s been the best choice we’ve made, we love that they send pictures and updates all day long and that our daughter is having so much activity and learning every day. We love the staff and everyone is so professional and thoughtful! We couldn’t recommend BFA enough!

We’ve been with LDBB since October and our daughter loves it. The children are very well taken care of. We receive updates throughout the day in the form of pictures as well as a daily report breaking down her food intake and activities done that day. Very good daycare for new parents.

Our daughter has been enrolled at BFA Upper Arlington for about 4 months now and we have nothing but positive things to say! The teachers and staff all go above and beyond to make a great environment for the kids. I recommend BFA to anyone looking for a daycare.

Absolutely love BFA! The teachers are super friendly and respond quickly through the app. I love getting all of the pictures throughout the day. They send out newsletters that are super nice for seeing upcoming events such as book fair, upcoming changes, and details about what’s going on at BFA. I cannot recommend them enough!

My husband and I could not be happier with our decision with BFA! All the teachers are so kind and treat the children as if they are their own! My kids are excited to go and the amount of learning and social skills they have developed is amazing!

We absolutely love BFA in UA. The staff is amazing and our son‘s teachers do a great job. He has learned so much in his two years there. BFA provides meals for the kids and the food is healthy and delicious. It’s so nice to not have to worry about sending food with our son and to know he gets exposed to a variety of things there. We are very happy with our experience at BFA!

Our two girls have attended and loved BFA for three years (including through the BFA@Home service for one year of the pandemic, which was a lifesaver). Both girls have had kindergarten with Miss Heather, who has prepared them extremely well for the rest of their school journey - we love BFA and all of the teachers!

We switched to BFA three years ago, and can't say enough good about the center, staff and programming. Our youngest (now 5) is working through some behavioral issues, and his teachers and BFA leadership have been nothing but compassionate toward him and transparent with us. His teachers really want to know how to improved his experience. The staff work hard to engage the kids. We also love the "extras" BFA provides - the overall healthy food (+ the weekly take-home dinner option) ; nature class with Mr. Jared; Jump Bunch & music time. Last thing - our oldest loved summer camp with Mr. Ben - the group spent nearly every day in the woods!

Our daughter has been going to BFA in UA since she was an infant. She loves it there and we have always been happy w/ BFA. Great staff who we trust immensely w/ their care and attention to their clients.

My husband and I recently started our infant daughter at BFA UA and couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. The staff truly make her feel like she's at home when she arrives. They are very attentive to her needs and communicate regularly with us. We're looking forward to her growing with the BFA family for years to come!

My kids have attended BFA for 5+ years now and we LOVE it! Would recommend it to whomever is looking for a good quality, kid focused and loving daycare. All the teachers are amazing with the kids and there is always great activities planned throughout the year. They have a kitchen that cooks high quality meals for all the kids snacks and lunches. We will be sad and miss it there when my youngest grows out of daycare age.
