I got covid in 2021 and had a lot of problems, even now in 2024 still feeling the affects I was not able to work and was very skeptical of trying for Disability until I talked to Julia, she talked me through everything and said it would be a long process. I was very pleased with Balin Law for submitting my Appeal for Disability in July. I spoke with them for less than 45 minutes over the telephone giving them all the information they needed, and they answered any questions I had. I don’t understand how this firm has mostly 5 stars smh. I used them to fight my disability case and still got denied 3 times. I have seizures, ptsd and anxiety and I felt alone throughout this whole process. The attorney did not keep in touch with me, I had no idea what was ever going on, I’ve emailed them several times and they refuse to contact me. It’s unprofessional to drop somebody and not tell them so that I can at least search for another attorney to take my case.

Tried the disability thing on my own once and THAT was a big fail. Decided to try again in 2020. At the first immediate denial, I started shopping for an attorney that would understand my issues and how to communicate my cumulative, disabling conditions. With a negative balance in my checking account, my car insurance canceled for non-payment, and no way to turn things around as I was discharged from my 4th surgery in a year, I received notice that my Disability case was awarded in full. I won.
