We stop by for a tasting, and we were not disappointed. We are a family that likes 2 different types of wine Sweet and Red. They were both delicious! The winery itself is an amazing place you feel like you stepped back in time. They gave an excellent review for the restaurant across the street, and it was amazing! Even the town was great there is a little meat market with great prices on different types of meat like turkey cube steaks! Please stop by all if you are in the area!

Atmosphere and ambiance was great, our bartender was awesome and very informative, and wine was delicious. My only concern is that I wish the flights came in wine glasses instead of disposable plastic cups. Maybe I will request that next time? Overall, a great experience.

A very cool old mill! Great wine! Definitely go upstairs and check out the old equipment, it is super neat.

What a great gem in the heart of Baltic. A turn of the century flour mill turned into a winery.

They offer handcrafted wine in a historical building that has features you will not see in today's architecture. Phenomenal woodwork on the inside dating back to the early century.

They have a great selection of wine. The usual reds, your whites, and then they also have strawberry wine, and blackberry wine among others. They have flights of wine that give you tastings of your choice. Flights run roughly $10. A bottle of wine hovers in the $20 range give or tank depending on what you are drinking. Their wine is very tasty and flavorful with great aroma.

They have a small menu of food. They have a fantastic meat and cheese plate. They also have a hummus and vegetable plate. If you want to go the meat route, they have pulled pork sliders. If you're really there to drink then grab a bottle of wine and some cheesecake. You can't go wrong.

There is a very nice patio in front of the winery. Parking can be a little sparse if there are some activities going on in the area.

You can go upstairs and take a look at all the old machinery they used when it was a flour mill. It is all still intact. The flour mill steam engine is still in the cellar where it was used years ago in the milling process.

This is a very unique and really cool place to sit down and have a glass of vino. It is worth a trip to check this place out. If you're in the area step on by.

So much fun. Went with friends and enjoyed a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and a bottle of Italian Red. Cheese board provided needed nourishment. Unique environment in an old grist mill.

Great little winery in the quaint town of Baltic. Wine selection was decent and my wife and I were able to try a few dry reds, which we really like! We were served quickly and they had ample seating inside and out for everyone to enjoy.

Baltic Mill Winery is a gem hidden away in Baltic, Ohio. A nondescript frontage of an old mill does not lead you to suspect that behind the old wooden doors is an elegant, but homey winery with plenty of seating and the best wines in the Holmes Country area.

Our four favorite wines were the Ross del Baltico, White Elegance, Rowville Red, and the Little Daisy.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They gave us the short history of the winery, which has only been open since 2015. They were also able to describe the finer nuances of each wine.

While this was our last stop on this tour, it will from now on be our first stop.

Update 2022: After five years, we are back. I must say that Baltic Mill Winery did not let us down. The wine tenders were so friendly. My new Baltic Mill Winery favorite is Strawberry Blonde.

Great selection of wines and awesome atmosphere. Great stop on the Three Rivers Wine Trail. Awesome staff too. Really liked the Rowville Red (like adult grape juice.lol) and Little Daisy. Will definitely come back.

My wife and I found this winery by accident as we waited for a table at the East Main Kitchen across the street. I'm glad we did though as this was the perfect place to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine before dinner. The staff was very friendly and setting was great. I would highly recommend this winery!

Loved the history, small town feel, friendliness of the staff, and the craftsmanship of the wine. Plus they have wine flights available - how fun!

Amanda was the perfect hostess! The antique flour mill upstairs is worth the stop, and the wide variety of wine is excellent! Definitely will be back!

I can say the experience was not great, the staff was unaware where we could sit, the room we could sit was freezing. The pulled pork was good but the mold covered broccoli (that was $9 btw) ruined the mood. Not by the error of the mold on broccoli, but by the reaction of the staff. There wasn't even an apology or even an attempt to refund the ridiculously high priced "platter" of veggies.
Mistakes are made and we understand, but how you handle your mistakes matters @Baltic Mill winery.

Most local wineries just have so-so wine. Not Baltic Mill. Their dry reds are actually amazing, the Strawberry Blonde is an incredible blush wine and their sweet reds are also very good. Highly recommend the Blend No. 111 and the Strawberry Blonde. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. Overall a great place to hang out and sip great wine.

Nice place to visit on the Three River’s Wine Trail in southern Ohio. We decided to visit a couple of 8 wineries on the Trail. We were on our way home to Cleveland from Dayton area. One of the wineries on the trail was in Baltic, Ohio and an old flour mill. Cozy feel with all the original wood on the floors and the ceiling. We tried a flight so we could sample what they offered. We bought a couple bottles and enjoyed ourselves! Thanks

Historical building with plenty of charm. Lots of tables inside although it's rather dark, and a handful of tables outside (which felt a lot nicer). Not many selections, but decent products and friendly staff. This is more of a 4.5 stars.
